“Happy with the purchase albeit the sweatshirt is huge for a size small so I am wanting to exchange for an extra small and I don’t think the returns system is too helpful ( that’s my only downside) .”

“First time ordering from JK and got sent the wrong time. Tried to contact them as it was a present for a friend. Didn’t get a response so emailed again and finally received a response. In the end they are now making me return the wrong item and write a note explaining what was wrong. Very delayed service, the correct item should’ve been shipped out as soon as you realised the mistake you made. They will not refund me my money. Don’t order as it shows how unreliable they are.”

“I ordered 3 T-shirt slim fit and i was only sent 2 and they was over sized and not even the ones i ordered i sent them back next day delivery & aint had a email to confirm my email has been sent out”

“I had no invoice in the parcel & I had to return the item on the 15th as they were to small I requested a larger size Posted so they were to be signed for the next day delivery I have not heard anything from you!! Please confirm they have been received and a size 10 has been posted out to me?”

“YOUR COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE TO DEAL WITH. MY DAUGHTER ORDERED A COAT ON 7TH OCTOBER TO DATE WE HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING. WE REQUESTED A REFUND WHEN APPARENTLY YOUR COURIER RETURNED THE PACKAGE TO YOU. ALL WE HAVE HEARD IS WE ARE SORRY HERE IS A DISCOUNT CODE AND YOUR PACKAGE IS ON THE WAY. STILL NOTHING. CAN WE HAVE A REFUND PLEASE. I CAN ASSURE YOU WE WILL NOT BE USING YOUR COMPANY AGAIN. “I first bought a pair of jeans, the wrong size was sent to me so I sent them back paying my own postage, the “right size” then arrived a while after and were miles too small even though that’s my regular size and I checked the size chart, I then got in touch and explained I’ll be sending them back once again and would like a refund, I was sent a gift card and another pair of jeans in the same size which was another mistake, so I didn’t get a refund, and now I’ve got 2 pairs of jeans I need to send back both in the Same size after saying the others didn’t fit, not been a simple order at all really disappointed”
