“I shop just recently shop on your site for the first time, I purchaseed a jacket, I paid for express shipping that was supposed to take 2 - 3 business days, I received my jacket almost 2 weeks later, I had no idea what your sizing was like, and have no information on what size the model was wearing in the pic for me to decide what size I should get, I purchased a medium that was very big, but I didn’t return my purchased, these are areas I find you need to improve.”

“Most horrendous company I have every dealt with. To start with the quality is ridiculous. This company's clothes make primark look like Gucci. Then the returns policy, they do everything to not give you your money back and only give you store credit for clothes that are disgusting. I wouldn't dress my dog in them and I hate that little f**ker. Finally got through to customer on Facebook messenger, they agreed to refund me. So, I paid £5.50 special delivery to get an email from Hermes to say JK attire have received the items and returning them back to me. Now they're not responding to any of my correspondence through email or Facebook messenger. Absolute joke of a company, Wouldn’t even give them 1 star”

“The clothes and everything are very nice, the packaging is really cool with the zippy bags. One thing i have to say is i think the sizes come a bit larger then the actual size. I normally fit a S and now the S is a bit to large for me.”

“I bought 3 pairs of jeans and they were delivered fast and looked great . I am displeased with the fact that they have been washed only once and already the images on them have started peeling off . I love these jeans at face value but its unacceptable to charge almost 50 pound a pair for then to be ruined in one wear . I did exactly what the label said and the images and imprints on the jeans peeled off after 1 wear .”

“such a trash company, customer service is such a joke, can't even calculate, they missed sending my hoodie and man said they would give me a discount coupon, doesn't make sense at all, imagine if u order something from somewhere but they didnt send your ordered product and said they will give a discount, then where is the product I paid for? and also it took 11days to get it. I placed ordered two times, cuz first one was they sent me totally wrong one and damaged, second time, they missed the item. What A JOKE. this guys dont deserve to run a brand 100%, don't even try to buy somthing from them for real.”

“Ordered some cargo trousers described as grey only to end up being shiny silver, was dressed like an astronaut. So asked to return these, and ended up waiting for 30 days…. 30!! I was constantly chasing this up via. Customer services, advising a delay, but 30 days! To which I was then advised I can’t have the refund anymore and can only claim in- store credit as the item was on discount? Despite the item itself not being what was described. I let this slide however, and ordered a jumper with the new in-store credit. Paid a little extra for next day delivery, which then had taken 3 working days to be delivered… just one problem after the next. Thankfully the jumper turned out nice so at least there’s one positive.”

“Just received my coat. Amazing quality. The layering is perfect for the winter and the design couldn’t be more drippy. Shipped very quickly. Got the wrong size so I exchanged but I got the replacement back very fast. Trust me you won’t regret buying.”
