“Most horrendous company I have every dealt with. To start with the quality is ridiculous. This company's clothes make primark look like Gucci. Paid for next day delivery, got it 5 days later. Then the returns policy, they do everything to not give you your money back and only give you store credit for clothes that are disgusting. I wouldn't dress my dog in them and I hate that little f**ker. Finally got through to customer on Facebook messenger, they agreed to refund me. So, I paid £5.50 special delivery to get an email from Hermes to say JK attire have received the items and returning them back to me. Now they're not responding to any of my correspondence through email or Instagram messenger. Absolute joke of a company,”

“Probably gonna get deleted but y’all scammed me out of 200 dollars and I never even received my package. Paid for 2 day shipping, been over 2 weeks. I got a refund but I still needed that package within at most a week.”

“In all honestly, I’m very disappointed in the customer service and lack of communication Made an order on 16.10.21 with an express shipping of 2-3 days. My order did not arrive until 6.11.21. I had to contact them asking where my parcel is and they said it was out of stock and the website made some mistakes. I want a full refund and my package postage paid for as I am not happy with the items I received. The jumper & coat I ordered was way too big, the description are not accurate and I’m not happy”

“Disgusting company, im waiting for my package since 4 October, everytime i fill in their forum they start askin ME questions like what is you order number, when i tell them they don’t response anymore. It’s not possible to call them. Order somewhere else, you won’t get you package, im waiting for over a month”

“Be careful when ordering from here as almost everything is on sale so you will never receive a refund if any of the products are unsuitable or you dislike them. My original return took over 3 weeks to be processed and this was only after numerous emails from myself chasing the order. I was then issued a gift voucher which was only valid for 6 weeks. After using my voucher to buy a co-ord set, it arrived and was two different colours. I then had to arrange to return one of the items to have the correct one sent. It has now arrived in the right colour however the wrong size. All a bit of a joke!”

“This is my second time buying from your website. The first time I had a good experience and wanted to buy again from you guys. But when I made the purchase the second time, I had the worst experience. I didn’t get the right things that I ordered or the sizes. Customer service took time to reply. And there was a lot of confusion. I will gove you guys one last try because I really like the clothing on the website”
