“The customer service is so poor and to have no contact phone number is appalling to have to wait till the next day for a reply i purchased a pre order coat which stated will be dispatched on the 8th october when i didn’t receive that week i contacted them through there site to which they rold me it wouldnt be till the 16th as moving warehouse i then recieve until a week after that to which i was unhappy and decided to return it at my own cost which is a big no no as stated buy martin lawrence you are not suppose to pay for returns . When they then received my order they then decide to issue a gift card and not my money which is disgusting with all the hassle ive had contact them to find out where the pre order was not one email to say it was delayed and to recieve 2 weeks after the stated dispatch date not happy with this company or customer service i am also entitled to a refund of original payment by law”

“Didn't receive my items on time even though we paid express, got multiple messages from a bot instead of human help whilst trying to cancel the order, DHL keeps harassing us regarding payment for a shipment we didn't get and canceled. I love your clothes but it ain't worth the hassle. thanks for nothing.”

“Quality of sweatshirt is really good. Packaging and delivery excellent. Unfortunately had to return as sweatshirt was too big for my granddaughter. Return process was easy.”

“This has been one of the worst customer services I have received from a company. First, it takes forever just to have your order shipped out. My first order was lost in transit, I asked for a refund that would take 3-5 business days. It has been a week and I still have not gotten my money back. My second order also took forever to get but I did get it. However, my order was incorrect. There is no option for an easy return or exchange so I had to email them and send pictures to "confirm" what they sent me before they initiated any kind of return/exchange. There product are cute but the service is well below par. I personally have no intentions of ordering from them again nor will I recommend anyone else.”

“Very horrible! They did not get back to me when I had complications with my order! They said they shipped my items out but I’ve never received a tracking number and I spent a pretty penny! I highly would not recommend.”

“My order shipped three days after i purchased it. it has been two weeks since it shipped and i havent recieved anything except for an email asking me to review my recent purchase. I have tracked my order through the email they sent me and directly on their website and it says tracking is not found. I do not recommend this company AT ALL.”
