“I placed my order on the 1st Oct. Shipping was 2-3 days with Hermes. My order arrived 3 weeks later on the 22nd. I asked for my shipping to be refunded and was ignored & given a discount code instead. My parcel arrived and 1 of the tops was the wrong size, I ended up giving it to my son as I can’t be bothered dealing with JK again. The tops are ok, my son likes his hence 2 instead of 1 star.”

“The clothes are good when you get them the delivery and the returns however are not so good takes ages for them to turn up and was sent the wrong item and takes 14 day to get exchange so it is then to late to return the matching set because you only have 14 days to return your good I think this needs changing as I did not send the wrong product or is this a pattern JK uses so you can’t return stuff not good enough longer should be given to return a matching outfit when you only received half of it”

“Awful experience with them unfortunately! My jeans came in really bad quality they came ripped. Ive told them i do not want a store credit due to this. They have made me extremely upset and cannot sympathise. My advise if you buy is that you only buy full price item to save your own back in case you want to refund. The customer service team have been so unhelpful and horrible and i will make sure to post my pictures on socials!”

“I would rate it 0 stars if possible. Incompetent brand, unable to to do the simple job of processing the order and delivering it. I ordered 3 items from them on the 12th of October with an estimated time of 2-3 days shipping at the latest. It is now the 28th of October, 16 days after the order was placed, and I am yet to receive it. Emailed the support multiple times and received countless promises that this would be sorted out ASAP and that I would be provided with a new tracking number. Obviously these were all a bunch of lies to calm me down. Bottom line is, do not waste your time on this unprofessional and disrespectful “brand”.”

“HAHAHAHA LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING😂. I ordered something from jk attire on octobre fifth and still got no pakkage. I mailed you guys but the jk attire agents or i don’t know what they (probably homelesd people who wanted to get a job) are very slow in responding and keep asking me the same questions. Put this in your butt🖕🏿 I also said you guys are very slow so they won’t buy any clothes from your website. I have many contacts and I am going to speak about jk attire in the tv show ‘opgelicht’ in the netherlands so you won’t get many pakkages from us👏🏽”
