“This company signed for my returned parcel on 1st October. And it is now 24th I have had no refund. Lack of communication, very very poor customer service. I don't understand how companies like this are allowed to keep trading when they are fraudulently keeping customers money and ignoring correspondence.”

“I spent around £100 on a pair of jeans and a pair of joggers that i never reviewed. I emailed three times and was told everytime it had been shipped which was a complete lie, and when I asked for a refund I got no response. DO NOT BUY CLOTHES FROM HERE!! Absolute joke”

“The clothes they have are very nice. However, they have poor customer service. i tried to cancel an order with them. For some reason they can't do that even though the order isnt being shown as shipped in the tracking. also they took two days after i requested to cancel it to let me know :\”

“My order hasn’t arrived i ordered on 3/10/21 and still nothing i have emailed already last week and only just getting a response of where my parcel is have had no offer to refund my delivery charge or anything. Every time i order from here it’s issues”
