“In my package was the wrong T-shirt. The new package can only be send after u guys received mine back even though i’ve send my evidence of the retour. Thats not good. Also i mailed that u would refund my receipt of the shipping costs but now u guys reacted that when i want to send something back or have another size the costs are for me, but that’s not the reason of my retour. The reason is that i received the wrong t-shirt”

“Absolutely love my Immortal V2 jacket I purchased! Great quality and very warm and cosy. Bought in a men's size small which is still oversized for me, which I love but would recommend for anyone around 5"3 who wants a better fit to go for the XS size.”

“Awful customer service. Had to return an item 3 times but kept receiving the wrong size each time. Another time they shipped a completely wrong item. Not sure why this keeps happening. Still haven’t received the right items and it’s been nearly 4 months.”

“Terrible customer service. I placed a large order and did not receive any of the items. I got told that the courier service must have misplaced the order and initially that they would send me the items again but then retracted that and have been following up for 2 months and keep being told that they are trying to work on the issue? 2 months later I am still without the items and no money back.”

“Website navigation was easy to use which made finding what I wanted a lot better, size guides were clear to find when on the product I wanted to purchase. Delivery time was normal, & when the product arrived, the packaging was great & the quality of the packaging was professional & brilliant. I am very satisfied with the product, yet again the quality of the actual product is amazing! I paid for it while a sale was on & I would 100% pay for it at full price, as I feel like I really got my moneys worth. I will definitely be shopping here again!”

“I ordered a product which came and was no where near up to the standard of the the picture. It also did not fit me. When I proceeded to go through the refund process which cost me £4.95 to return. They have refunded me back £24.99 into a gift card for their company and not £29.98 which was the full price; this was also requested back into my bank account. It has been over a week since I have emailed them saying this and they have responded three times with asking for more time to look into this. A joke of a company and terrible customer service.”
