“Tops are cold however the delivery was appalling my parcel was left in a bin at wrong address down the road from where I live barring in mind my address states that I live in flats it ended up down the road at a house not happy with service but clothing is hard”

“Good website I paid £5 for next day delivery but my parcel wasn’t delivered till about a week later. They replied to all my emails but it took a while. Long time for the service but good quality clothes.”

“0 out of 5, as I made a order and never received it, and still awaiting my full refund, as this is what option I was offered from JK Attire, on the other hand, I gave them the proposal to resend the whole order, and I order more items, in other words still give them custom due to making a separate order, however they decided to only refund me for one item, as I want a full refund and still awaiting my full refund.”

“Would give 0 Stars if that could be possible…I waited 4 weeks that my order will be shipped and the answer of the Support was nonsense. I just got my Money back and nothing happened. Felt like a total Spam but at least I got my Money back”

“SCAMMERS! Sent me the wrong product. I asked from a refund. Sent it back. The item has been with them for God knows how long now and they have stopped replying to my message. I not only pay extra to make sure they received the item back but I am unable to get a refund. By the looks of their social media page I’m not the only one. BE CAREFUL!”

“Ordered 4 times in total. First two did arrive, all good. But the other two, god I swear I wish I never met this company. Ordered in Mid of December, waiting till today. Start of February they said I am urgent on their list and will recieve my stuff within a week. This is three weeks ago. Gladly I ordered with paypal and I am about to get my money back. In their first message on paypal they started taking me serious. "Good Morning, please accept our sincere apologies, It would seem many of our orders have gotten lost in Transit, These items have now been repacked and will be resent to you today, You can track your item via Hermes, Your tracking number is as follows H0XXMC000153XXX Kind Regards The JKA Team" which is a scam. They provided the original lost order shipping number and removed a "0" I responded: "You did forget a 0, it is H0XXMC0000153XXX and is the same shipping number from the order that got lost in transit. It is NOT the new shipping." With this said, they responded: "We have issued a refund for this order today, please close your chargeback. Many Thanks The Nevaeh Team" WHO THE HELL IS Nevaeh?? I guess they outsourced their support team to an indian company that does talk to customers for many companies. This. Is. A. Total. Scam. I will never order again.”
