“i like the product and the communication although the product has already started to rip in the pocket from where i have been putting stuff in there and taking it out so i think the stitching needs to be better on the inside pocket so 4/5”

“Really bad customer service, I returned some item for size 2 months ago, I have emailed them so many times with proofs of posting and pictures of the package , everything but always reply same , we are working on your process but still have not received the refund So definitely not very trusted. Clothes could be nice and quality but bad dealing in customer service make it not very reliable . Won’t let them with my refund”

“Order a full tracksuit in which I was sent 2 sweatshirts and I have sent several emails to try and sort this out and still hasn’t been sorted quite disappointed as my friend suggested I buy from this site as she has never had any problems just very disappointed with the service given”

“I paid for next day delivery and it didn’t arrive on time. I wrote several times to highlight this and yet the responses I received failed to acknowledge so. Any one who cared about customer service would have done the right thing and offered a refund on postage (which I would have declined) and yet they failed tk do so”

“I placed an order over a month ago. I sent back the items just after receiving them and now they don’t want to refund me my money! I’ve been emailing them for weeks now to ask about my refund to be told this morning I had my refund already when I haven’t received anything back from them! There’s scammers! They don’t even have a number you can contact them on for things like this!”

“A pair of cargos has been mis-sold to me as the product information doesn’t match the product on arrival. The medium is too short and the large would be too big on the waist therefore I am asking for an exchange which they refuse to grant me. The customer services email team (especially a guy called Alex H) refuses to provide me with the JKA company complaint procedure or the directors contact so I can escalate the matter. It has been a very poor customer experience and I won’t be buying from JKA attire again.”

“The WORST! Place I’ve ever ordered from! They DONT send you a returns label if something doesn’t fit! They also sent me wrong items. All they keep doing is asking for the same information. Soon it will be over the 28 days! They’re DISGUSTING! I do NOT recommend at all! Nothing but thief‘s! What company doesn’t send a returns label when asked!!!! Shockingly bad! These are the jeans I ordered and did not receive, received a completely different pair and the other pair are too small! Sizing not accurate as one 14 fits me the other doesn’t! All I want to do is return!”
