“I haven’t received an item, it was missing from my parcel. Contacted them to chase and they requested a video/photo and that’s the last I have heard from them. Out of pocket for missing item, no replacement or refund mentioned!! Paid extra for next day delivery, received it two days later!!”

“AVOID. Scammers. Spent 120 euros, hadn’t got any items. 3 months passed. Support is a joke: “we are working on yours issue” and “we don’t make refunds” replies. Refusing to communicate, tell what’s going on or make a refund. Fortunately, I’ve been refunded by PayPal after 3(!!!) months.”

“Quality of hoodies reduced drastically. Won’t be purchasing again. Ordered a present for my boyfriend and was called the day it was meant to have been shipped to be told they didn’t have the size id paid for. Ordered from here a few times previously and found it to be the best quality hoodies i’ve owned however this has changed and they are thin rubbish material now.”
