“Please be aware that if you buy anything with a debit/ credit card and use a Discount code you won’t be entitled for a refund if the item doesn’t fit or is unsuitable. I returned 2 pairs of socks ( £12.99 per pair) because the quality was very poor and because I had a discount code to get 15% off I was told I wasn’t entitled to a refund even though I had paid for the socks on my card and had to have a gift card for the return I’m sure this is not normal practice. PLEASE BE AWARE OF USING DISCOUNT CODES - you won’t be able to get a refund !!!!”

“I haven’t received an item, it was missing from my parcel. Contacted them to chase and they requested a video/photo and that’s the last I have heard from them. Out of pocket for missing item, no replacement or refund mentioned!! Paid extra for next day delivery, received it two days later!!”

“AVOID. Scammers. Spent 120 euros, hadn’t got any items. 3 months passed. Support is a joke: “we are working on yours issue” and “we don’t make refunds” replies. Refusing to communicate, tell what’s going on or make a refund. Fortunately, I’ve been refunded by PayPal after 3(!!!) months.”
