“Clothes quality was great. Did a mystery item (£9.99) with both purchases I have had and got socks both times (so I believe this may be a waste of time). Also I order a pair of cotton combat bottoms. And was sent out the wrong item. Then I had to pay for a special delivery return?? So quality is ok. But company has a few things to change or improve.”

“Paid for next day delivered very ,has came in 7 days time . Been told to patiently wait which isn't good enough. Customers like when's next day delivery to actually be a next day not next month. Also I have paid for the service which I didn't get. Apart of that clothes are lovely”

“Item received and in my opinion sizing and quality were not up to standard. I returned the item for refund, following all instructions requested. I was emailed to notify that my refund request was approved, then to be further notified that I was given store credit as opposed to a refund. Extremely unacceptable.”
