“Second time ordering from this website and again I didn’t receive my order and was told “we don’t do refunds but I could order something else”. After going back and forth on the phone i finally got refund sorted. Will not be ordering from here again.”

“Had a bad experience with my delivery! Ordered next day didn’t get it till 3/4 days after. When my order arrived it was wrong. I contacted sent it back to get the correct order. It came back to me wrong again and still in process of getting my correct order back after 2 weeks. No compensation my way at all, let’s hope they sort it out and the order is good🙏🏻”

“Bought a XL “oversized” tshirt which was about the size of most other brands M T-shirts, tried to email in to ask how I return it, got a reply asking for information which was already included in my first email, after replying to that I’ve been ignored. Poor product and poor consumer service.”

“I ordered a full tracksuit and received a pair of shorts. I had to send the shorts back before I got my tracksuit. The tracksuit is better than I thought it was going to be. Really good quality and really impressed. Would have been 5 stars if not problem with the delivery.”

“Clothing line is very nice, however, the items I paid for wasn't how I thought it would be & the fact I had to pay £8.25 to return the item means I would never use this company again until returns are free. As a customer, you want to feel secure in a purchase and the fact you rely on customers to pay for returns says a lot about the company as a whole”
