“Good clothes bad communication and customer service. Placed an order going 2 weeks, only received 1 of the items ordered and no one contacted me to say there was a delay with the remaining two items I had to contact them to find out what happened as I received only one and a order sheet stating the others were out of stock . I contacted customer service who got back to me like 3 days later whom then said the items are being sent from another warehouse. A week later these items still have not arrived. Sent another message to customer service who again replied 3/4 days later and this time said “ your order has been sent this week”. The items have not arrived and I have no tracking email or nothing to confirm this. I love your clothes but the hassle of getting them isn’t worth the headache. Consider this my last time purchasing from you.”

“Really disappointed with JK. I have ordered and returned items, ive had to pay to return them and then once ive returned them they've given me credit notes only and not refunded my card. I have sent an email and am waiting for an answer before i get in touch with Barclaycard to dispute it. Just no need to be treated like this.”

“This time, I purchased 2 pairs of jeans. One of them is out of shape which looks awful. I've sent 5 emails now and images. You aren't interested, even though the fault is very obvious and I've outlined the fault. Terrible customer care and wo t be recommending or buying again.”

“designs are amazing, i love your style! delivery said would be 2-3 days for standard but was longer then that but that could’ve been down to the delivery company. definitely more products needed on the website as i feel like it’s very limited but overall a great business!”
