“I purchased something on your website then i had to contact via email to see where my order was as i haven’t received tracking info, or confirmation. Then i was proceeded to be told that my item was not in stock and that i could either choose a different item or receive a refund. Without any other information. This is very unprofessional coming from a business and i’m very disappointed.”

“Ordered a parcel for my daughters birthday on the second I paid next day delivery and still have not received it the communication from this company is very poor and takes days for a response and you can’t ring and speak with anyone on the phone I don’t no what will happen about the items I ordered because they are not telling me any answers just asking me to ask the delivery team so going round In Circles with no idea how this or even if this will be resolved? How disappointing :(”

“Quality material, best graphic t shirts I’ve seen, tops fit like a glove Only advice maybe add more Greek god images on tops or more faces/images for example zeus then add lighting strikes across the top”

“Ordered 3 T-shirt’s and pair of shorts. Without any notice via email, the shorts arrived with a piece of paper stating that the T-shirt’s are out of stock. The T-shirt’s are all still listed as in stock on their website and I was told by customer support that I should receive my T-shirt’s within 2 days as there is huge demand. 5 days later I have not received the T-shirt’s and customer support is appalling as I am sending and receiving 1 email a day and there is no phone number to contact them directly. Disappointing service when I have ordered in plenty of time of when I need the T-shirt’s and still have not received them nor do I know what’s going on.”

“The quality of goods is excellent. Delivery is prompt. I love the clothes I have bought. Only down fall is the bottoms could do with being a little bit longer but I still buy them as they are so nice”

“this company doesn’t care about their customers at all. I received the wrong item. I contacted Jk attire on every social media platform I could and after a long while I got a reply. Sent the wrong item back and now awaiting the right item. Again horrible customer service i messaged to find out about my tracking information and didn’t get a reply again until I messaged multiple times where they excused it with “we get 100s of messages” they said they would look into my order and still haven’t. im so frustrated with this company I don’t recommend anyone to shop with them.”
