“The estimated time of delivery was supposed to be 4-7 days and I paid for the delivery. I placed my order on the 24th of August and till today I haven't received my products. I contacted the customer service department and unfortunately they didn't have a legit feedback and just only checking with the courier company. I have paid more than 100$ and I feel that I paid it for a scam company who does not deliver what they offer. I will not recommend this brand to anyone and Im too disappointed that I still didn't get my products. I will file a refund request in the next couple of days if I have not received my products and I will definitely report it to my bank.”
