“Sizing terrible, return policy pathetic, no refunds as everything is in the sale, so if you purchase a item and not happy it's tough as the only option you have is to purchase something else or lose your money, you pay to return a item, the jeans I had to keep I wore once and all the writing started to peel off so you can for sure know they won't last, just a rip off company with good look cheap clothes, my advise.. Don't waste your hard earned cash.”

“I ordered a size that I usually order my jeans in, they came smaller. The designs on the jeans were easily coming off and you cannot iron the jeans because it all comes off”

“Absolutely awful. Ordered two items, one was ridiculously big, well oversized for a large, returned it (no exchange available) re-ordered thinking I would get a refund. Nope, apparently only store credit only. But only one item was delivered waited another week so a t shirt which was a size large, turned up and was more like a size extra small. That’s being sent back, and also, you have to pay return postage. What a waste of time and money. Avoid.”

“I would give 4 stars just because the order came quick and the quality of the outfit is good. However, it was too big and I wanted to return it. The communication level when it comes to returning is bad. They don’t let you know that they have received your return. I think that isn’t very professional. They said it will take 14 days after I emailed them and I still haven’t received a confirmation email saying they have received it or my money back into my account.”

“Spend 130€ on 2 hoodies and 2 shirts because they were extremely cheap on sale. When they came After 2 weeks, i was upset about the quality and the tragic fitting. Then when i wanted to return things i didnt only have to pay the return, i also didnt get my money back, instead they gave me a giftcard for their shop!! I call this a scam!!”

“returned my other joggers as i was sent the wrong ones and was told that i was gonna get sent the actual joggers i ordered but i got sent the wrong joggers again. want a full refund of my £42.50 as this isn’t fair i have sent them back already and they have made the same mistake again”
