“Clothes are very nice and good quality, only problem I’ve had is I sent a jumper back due to being oversized and wish to get a refund gift card to purchase the correct size and it’s took over 6 days without clear clarification since I’ve sent back the jumper 1st class recorded delivery.”

“So I’m actually wearing the jeans I ordered for the first time today, I’ve had them on for less than an hour and the decals and designs are already peeling off...? They seem to be very cheaply made & now I’m nervous to even wear the other clothes I’d purchased. Honestly would get my money back for the jeans if I could.”

“Paid for next day delivery and only 1 / 3 items came next day. On second order NOTHING was delivered as ordered. Womens joggers sent instead of mens. Black giddy instead of grey. And incorrect joggers. Still trying to get hold of JK to address. Clothes are generally very nice but accuracy and customer service is shocking!! Feel free to get in touch JK”
