“I have bought 3 XL argos pants 1 XL t shirt and also 1 XL jumper in a box as they call it for £159.99. All the size are not true to size and morelia XXXL . Customer Service say I can't have a refund just a credit note so I buy from them again. In the meantime I buy a smaller pair of cargo pants and a mystery gift. Luckily the pants now fit but the mystery gift was another oversized t shirt that dont fit me. I requested a smaller item size or refund and they tell me I can't have one. It.seems to me once this company takes your money they won't give it back regardless. I will definitely not buy from here again and definitely will not recommend”

“Bonjour mon avis sur vous est très négatif puisqu'il me manquait la moitié de ma commande et que je n'ai toujours pas été remboursé et que je n'ai toujours pas eu de vos nouvelles et à ce propos je vais aviser de qui il peut s'agir et porter plainte si je n'ai pas mon remboursement de 75€ la moitié de la commande que je n'ai pas bien reçue”

“Tried to send back as I didn't like the design and they were too short. Sent back to me due to a few tiny hairs on them. Could have been taken off so easily. Only tried them on once and put straight back in the bag. Now I've paid delivery twice and have trousers I don't want for £60. Will be leaving a review on as many pages as possible. No contact from JK Attire and just a small piece of paper in the bag to explain why.”

“Very unhappy with the customer policies. Was only interested in jeans, I wear a 34 and none of the jeans have my matching size in waist and length. Massive banner with a discount code was advertised but since I used it, I'm not entitled to a refund only a voucher. No other jeans available in my size so that was a big waste of £50.”

“don’t buy from them, their stuff looks good in the photos only, way worse in person, their customer service is really bad and they have this really stupid policy of not giving money back only gift card when you buy a discounted item which I wasn’t aware of. This has caused a lot of problems for me as I now have an unwanted gift card with them that I will never use, and I basically threw over £130 down the drain, when I explained that I really needed my money back as I am leaving the country they waited till I confirmed I sent the items back to them, to them say sorry it’s our policy we can’t do anything. They have no care for their customers. Spare yourself the trouble and don’t buy from them.”

“I ordered a Jk attire box for 153€ ,box came after 24 days when the jk attire webpage say 3-8 days,i sended back one of my pants for a bigger size its been a month still no answers after emails and messages on instagram ..Also from the clothes i buyed they are the most cheapest quality i ever seen.Dont recommend it.Learn from my mistake!”

“Atrocious company, we had to go through hoops to return all the items received due to being a different size to their size guide, after numerous amount of emails they would only give us a credit note which I believe is probably illegal as it wasn’t that my son didn’t like the clothes just that the sizes are misleading. In the end we ended up ordering different clothes that he didn’t really want. I wish my son had read all the bad reviews beforehand, a lesson learnt. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY”

“I placed an order on the 13th of January , I also paid for next day delivery, this is the 25th of January and I still haven’t received my parcel, This is highly incompetent and disappointing as this is the first and last time I’ll order from your store.”
