“Made a purchase 2 weeks ago, emailed multiple times to see where my order is. No one can tell me, Supposed to be a 2 day delivery and it’s been 13 days, still awaiting for a refund or to be told where my order is”

“Unhelpful, unresolved and useless. Customers spend 100s but have to arrange and pay for their own returns and ontop of that find a way to print the return slip without a printer or local Internet shop. There is not enough time to even return it before the 14day cut off day. Disappointed with the catfish plastic fake cargos in the first place. Not ordering from you guys again bye.”

“I have had the worst shopping experience with this company and will never order from them again and will also inform others not to. My order came with the tag wrapped inside the hoody unattached. I sent the order back as it was way too big and not well made. They sent the order back to me telling me they rejected the refund due to the tag being unattached. When i told them that is how i received it they said I should have let them know before sending it back. The customer service is so poor and i refuse to let this go and be penalised for their mistake! I am currently taking this further!”

“I ordered this product over two weeks ago , haven’t received it even though the courier said they would be delivering approx 8 days ago … contacted JK attire several times and have just been fobbed off with its coming emails !! Not good enough , service is shocking”

“Very poor, I ordered the wrong product size and emailed sent numerous messages on tiktok and instagram and emailed the delivery company asking to change the size but heard nothing until it had been delivered. Awful service won’t be using again.”

“My order had constant delays since my order on 15th May and on the 26th May the courier marked it as delivered and took a picture of my parcel as evidence. I do not have my parcel and I have reported this to your customer support team and they have not helped nor addressed any of my concerns prior and after my items have been marked as delivered. I need you revert as a matter of urgency. I am out of pocket and do not have my items”

“Absolutely shocking customer service. Still haven’t received the order of 2 pairs of shorts, a hoodie, a jacket and a pair of trousers which JK attire have said was post through the letter box which is clearly impossible. Have been illegally asked to take a picture of my signature and send it to them before they will consider a refund.”

“I ordered XXL and the size was far too small. It was very hard to send the stock back then I got an email saying if you received the return after 14 days the return would be cancelled. Even though I really like the product I am now stuck with the items which are too small”

“Paid for next day delivery and arrived 3 days later, also have two tracksuits which are the same but the sizes don’t match up either. Ordered many times before but don’t think I will again because I tried to speak to a member of staff about problems and they don’t even read the emails”
