“Have been sent this email to review an item that still hasn't arrived yet, emailed customer services and was told to be patient, the tracking has been sitting at the courier is expecting this parcel for 2 weeks”

“I ordered 3 tops on the 3 for 2 deal, yet only two tops turned up. One top being the one I paid for and the other the top that was supposed to be free? Yet the second top I paid for has not arrived and JK Attire have not yet responded to my Emails, to explain what has happened. Extremely disappointed.”

“Poor customer service, delivery times are shocking to non-existent. I can't comment on the quality of their clothes, as I never received my order. All you get from them are excuses and cut and paste email responses if anything. Eventually, I had to open a case with PayPal to get my money back. JK Attire started responding at that point. They promised to ship my order again, IF, I closed the PayPal case. Of course, I didn't do that. If you close a PayPal case prior to resolution, you cannot reopen it. Buyer Beware is all I can say.”

“Extremely poor customer service and almost fraudulent behaviour of this company. They sent only 2 items and missed the 3rd one. I have made several attempts to contact the customer service but no luck. I will now be contact my credit card company to report it a fraudulent payment because they charged for 3 items but sent only 2. Apparently, this is their usual practice.. Read several other comments reporting the same issue”

“The worst service I have ever received. I purchased an item from here as a gift for Christmas, the package was late, moreover, the size was incorrect. I contacted customer service about this to which I was told to simply return the item, however I replied back stating that due to covid I am unable to leave the house to go to the post office and get it sent off. To which I have gotten no reply from the team. I am extremely disappointed.”

“I ordered 6 items , with buy 2 get 1 free I had 2 free items, i received my order days late and I’ve only receive the 2 free items. I’m missing 2 tracksuits and not heard anything back yet. These were Christmas presents and I don’t know if I’ll ever receive the item/ get a refund/ or have h the issue resolved.”
