I love the quality of the clothes and all the designs on the clothes however one item that i did order came completely wrong and i didn’t even order it. I ordered something else. I sent an email regarding this and no one even replied to it. Not sure if i’d recommend to order from there however the clothes are amazing.

I orderd a jacket on the 22nd November and its not Even on the way and we have the 4th January

Absolutely shocking Sent me 2 items and missed out my cargo bottoms which Is the reason why I ordered the others. Still not recieved item.

I placed an order early December with a 2-3 day delivery. It’s now 4th Jan and despite many emails I still have not received my order. I had in fact ordered presents to which I then had to go out and find something else last minute. I emailed twice more asking for a refund and was yet again fobbed off and told my order was on its way. Completely ignoring every point I was making. Add to that the emails I kept receiving after placing my order enticing me to place an order for ‘guaranteed’ delivery before Christmas which I also brought to customer services attention and yet again was fobbed off with lies that my order was on its way. Do not order from this company, I just wish I’d read the reviews before placing an order. Absolute scam with less than mediocre customer service

The quality of the clothing was really nice and fitted nicely. However, other half of my order was incorrect. I payed for a full set trackie and I got two jackets instead. Besides from that mistake - the actually design and quality of it is really nice 🙂

I’m missing part of my order and there has been no active effort to fix this. As soon as this is sorted I can go back to my 5 star reviews

I have not received my item which cost me £80! I have sent my 3rd email now stating I would like a refund, waitingfor reply. My first 2 emails had a reply stating that they were sorry and I would get my item, stating it was the post, covid and Christmas and that they would give me a full refund. However lokeni said earlier waiting for reply for my refund as not received my item that I ordered in November!

My order was late and there is no customer service contact number to get updates. All correspondences are via email, which can take 48 hours for a response.

I ordered my items on a Thursday selecting the option 2-3 day delivery at a cost of £3.50. But also having to pay delivery fee on an order over £60. Most online shopping is free delivery where orders are over £50. My order included items for other people as presents. I expected my order to arrive by the following Tuesday, Wednesday at most. I hadn’t received and dispatch confirmation or anything at which point I had to get in contact with the team. Once getting in contact I was told they were still preparing the order and hadn’t even given to the deliverer. So wast not the deliverers fault. I was told that it ‘may’ turn up before the Friday when I actually need the order. I was not offered any refund on delivery costs!! I will be double thinking about shopping here again!

Made my order on 13/12 & it said 2-3 days for delivery. Still haven’t receive items and it’s now 04/01. Contacted JK Attire several times via email and Instagram but same generated message saying they will look into it. Opened a claim with PayPal who have now escalated it. They have 4 more days to respond or I get my money back. Don’t even want the items now tbh.

Ordered 6th December, still haven’t received my order, it also mentions it will come 2-3 days after dispatch, they “apparently” dispatched it the 23/24th December after I was chasing up the order, however still no delivery. Products look very good online anyhow, not worth the hassle for tho.

1/5 - I still haven’t received the product yet, I have emailed to ask how long it would take for it to arrive and got told it would just take longer than usual, it was a Christmas present for my girlfriend and she still hasn’t got it yet, the tracking app hasn’t updated once since the I placed the order, it still says in transit

My review is so sad, my other shipment was made on the 2nd of December 2021 and its the 3rd of January and my tracking number hasn’t even moved abit although I received my first shipment in 3 weeks

I have ordered on 12/8 and my stuff was “shipped” on 12/13. Tracking shows that it’s been stuck on “en route to DHL ecommerce distribution center” since that same day. It’s either lost by DHL or it’s still with the company itself. Tried contacting the company and the founder through instagram but received no response. They rather delete comments over actually helping people. Messaging through their site, they told me that it was “shipped” and to be patient. Which doesn’t actually help. When I had a order get lost from another site 2 years ago, they went out of their way to help locate it. JK Attire needs to improve their poor costumer service. It seems to be a hit or miss if they actually reply to you.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - IGNORES EMAILS AND GIVES DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. ORDERED ON 13th OF DECEMBER FOR 2 day delivery, NOT RECEIVED AND HASNT EVEN BEEN DISPATCHED. CON COMPANY !!!!!
