“Worst company to reply to emails. Order hasn’t been sent over 2 months later and they haven’t even contact me back properly regarding this. They just say, we will look into it. Have requested a full refund today for the ongoing issue. For over 2 months they have withheld my goods and money.”

“I am waiting for a suitable response to a missing item which I ordered before Christmas. I was asked by the company on 28th December if the parcel was damaged when I received it and responded immediately. I have chased this up and the response was a tracking number for my original parcel and this is not acceptable. I have now requested a full refund for the missing item as the customer service is not good enough”

“I have always loved this site. Up until ordering presents for Christmas. I ordered my items on the 1st of December it is now the 4th of January and my items are still not even with hermes. The excuse I received was due to covid. We've been living with covid for 2 years surely you are used to it by now!”

“States 2-3 days shipping but this is incorrect. I had no order update until 10 days after ordering stating it had been apparently been shipped. I still haven’t had anything since. It’s been over 2 weeks now and I’m still waiting for an update about my order. I’ve contacted customer support and they’ve honestly been useless. I’m supposedly waiting for the manager to reply to me now regarding getting my money back. If your a small business and don’t have the facility’s to offer such promotions as you do, then maybe you shouldn’t, or consider letting your customers know there is a HUGE delay before purchasing anything from you.”
