“Product is very good. Quality and looks like in photo’s. Shipment however took to long. By ordering it said up to 5 working days. Tracking was in Polish (?) and took at least 2 weeks. Other than that, good communication per e-mail and very nice product!”

“TBH quite disappointed and my issue is still not resolved. Item arrived with a damaged zip so I emailed in and it took over 2 days to reply so i sent it back signed for which has been received by yourselves. I get an email stating it will take a further 7 days to either replace or refund my item and all i want is a replacement. I was expecting better service and i wont use again”
