“Ordered a t shirt for my holiday with next day delivery and did not receive my item, it turned up 3 days later therefore I paid £5 for next day and in turn got standard delivery instead!! I then contacted to request a refund for my delivery fee in which they were very unhelpful and I still have not heard anything from them. It has been around a week and a half now since my purchase and I feel this service had been pretty appalling!”

“Had to wait 3 weeks instead of 5 days and i only got 3 products by now still waitikg if the others maybe arrive didn't even send me any email or respond to my email very bad client service in my opinion wouldn't buy again.”

“I returned my sons tracksuit for a replacement. It’s been over 10 day and i still haven’t had a replacement. Not happy no one replied to any of my emails. This was present for my sons 18 birthday.”
