“Cargos definitely not worth the price. Cargos feel very thin and easy to rip/damage if caught on something. Also don’t look as nice as they do in picture. For the money you’re spending, definitely NOT worth it. More of a £25-£35 product than a £55 one. Only plus side is delivery was quick.”

“I've ordered from JKA in the past and loved every item. Although, on this occasion I must admit I was underwhelmed. One of the items that I had purchased, didn't arrive and the others didn't seem to fit. Despite ordering from JKA in the past, I've ordered the same sizes again and they don't seem to fit the same... The customer Service Team eventually dealt with my queries and I will be hoping for a refund soon. I was happy with the quality of the jeans but not so much the jackets that I bought.”

“Ongeorganiseerd pauper merk. Ruim drie maanden geleden een bestelling geplaatst, tot op heden niets ontvangen. Meermaals contact gezocht, er wordt gedaan alsof het aan mij ligt en gezegd dat ik moet afwachten. Komen afspraken niet na. Heb zelf aangegeven dat ik oké ben met een refund, hier geven ze geen gehoor aan. KOOP HIER NIETS!”

“Ordered two trousers in the same size, one doesn't fit so sent it back within a week. Used a discount code so they are refusing to give a refund, tried to force me into providing proof they don’t fit, accepting a replacement etc… now saying I will have to accept store credit and won’t refund to the original payment method. This is completely illegal under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, spoken to citizens advice and trading standards and will have to go through my bank to get my money back. Hopefully they will be issued a fine by trading standards for their illegal policies.”

“I’ve bought a lot of the jka attire and have always been so happy and satisfied with the quality of materials and print, the last box I purchased only one item out of the 5 I was happy with the prints of the hoodie was dull and can expect after one low temp wash will look like a plain black hoodie, utility cargo pants could pass for primark see through leggings, and oversized tees had the feel of paper and felt cheap. I’ve never ever been not happy with anything I’ve ordered from here just was a bit upsetting and frustrating when I ordered this box of clothes paid the extra for next day delivery for it to turn up 3 days later also.”

“The Customer Service is really bad. When I ordered a Box of 5 pieces i got 6 weeks later just 2 of the 5 pieces and when i have asked them about the other pieces there just replied that those are out if stock. When we tried to find a solution, there werent in the position to help us. The customer service is not professional at all! bad experience!”
