“Ordered in advance for birthday gift, the birthday has already passed and it’s been two weeks and I still haven’t got any information on where my order is!! Customer service is horrible too! I have emailed so many times, keep repeating the same thing- order is shipped and we’ll send your tracking number soon- but they show me the information for someone else’s order and then tell me to wait. How long can I “wait” for something I have paid for??? I asked for a refund and they said it’s not possible. This is not the first time I have ordered so I don’t know why their service has gotten so bad. Super disappointed.”

“I would never shop here again. I ordered an item using my gift card voucher upon check out which was supposed to reduce the item by £20. This did not happen instead it charged me the full amount I immediately emailed JK attire and the customer service that was given was absolutely appalling!! They never want to give you a refund no matter the reason and will only give you a gift card which does not even work. This is probably why they are having a sale for so long because people are no longer buying from here ! The customer service is terrible and I have taken my complaint further. Don’t waste your time shopping here because if there are any problems with your item I can assure you they will not refund you.”

“i bought the rebellion set, i loved the design but i think the fit is a bit awkward. the head gap for the shirt is way to small and also the shorts are not very comfortable. running in them just slightly is very tight”
