“Order my three cargo pants on March 17 it’s April25 They gave me a phony ass tracking detail from DHL when I called dhl they said they never received the items the tracking number was created by the seller but item was never send emailed the seller three times no answer just call my credit card company dispute the charge”

“i placed a next day order on the 2/4/22 i have still not received this, I have emailed the enquiry team twice about this, the first basically responded with ' sorry we will send it out asap' the second (a week later) hasnt even achknowledged my enquiry, not happy with this service at all.”

“I would not recommend to anyone to shop here. Not only did my order not get posted out for 5 weeks i then got told there was a missing item in my parcel. Then my parcel didn’t arrive to me safely and after sending multiple emails regarding my issues I was ignored and my request for a refund in the 5 weeks my parcel didn’t arrive was just ignored and I was met with wait. So after ordering with them I’m £100 down with no items and rude and dismissive emails from them when they do bother to email .”

“Clothing was lost in transit had to email , message and cause a dispute in paypal asking for a refund , which was not issued they had resent the order out to me , none of the order had fit or looked as pictured , then i was not sent a returns sticker so i had to pay £6.95 postage to return to them , Absolute joke would not use this company , have not been compensated or refunded yet for any of my troubles”

“Just leaving a review because I couldn’t find another one to contact other than instagram? The clothes are always nice, but I recently ordered 4 large t shirts in slim fit (same as the last size I ordered) these t shirts came and are definitely sized bigger so perhaps they’ve changed there sizing but definitely we’re not the same size from before (all were still larges) I returned these items and have still received no notification about my refund? I am hoping someone sees this so I can get it sorted asap. Thanks”

“I'm still waiting for my delivery 5 days later , on the tracking site It states the courier is STILL waiting for it to get to them. Unable to find a contact number to contact the site as well , if it doesn't arrive soon I'll be ringing the bank to get the transaction back.”

“TERRIBLE SERVICE with good products. I received my order in a timely manner, the t shirts are good quality so it’s a shame I have to leave a bad review. 1 product was a slim fit t shirt and 2 were the oversized t shirts. The slim fit t shirt fit perfectly and the 2 oversized required a smaller size. The order did not come with any paperwork inside of them I.e product description or return information/slip. I elected to give them the benefit of the doubt as everything these days is done electronically (helping the environment). So I managed to find out how to return them online and have to write a letter to put in the bag explaining why I was returning the 2 oversized t shirts asking for them to be exchanged for a smaller size. I then received confirmation another parcel was on its way which was amazing! Only then to open the parcel and find 1 t shirt in there and did not receive any information from them as to what had happened to the other t shirt which I did not receive a refund for or receive the actual t shirt. I would not have had a problem if they contacted me to explain this, I then had to contact them on Instagram and via email to receive a response where I was told to explain the whole situation which I did. Then I was told the issue would be resolved and was asked to explain what products I returned (despite me providing my order number and already explaining the situation) and what sizes I required. Only to then not hear any response back, I understand businesses can be busy and my order may not have mattered in value but for the Instagram to continue posting and not respond with any urgency given the situation I am still yet to be told whether I would be given the refund or if they will send the correct item in the correct size requested. I am never one for bad reviews but just want others to be cautious when ordering if you do not know your size or the fitting of their clothing.”

“Fuming with the service sent and PAID for 2 pair of jeans to go back got a gift card for one and nothing for the other and shocking replies on email regarding this meanwhile I used klarna to pay and me and klarna have got no where with Jk attire regarding either refund or confirmation on return on the items so I’m still expected to pay for them!! Really not happy with the service at all!”

“I’m a size 4 5’1 and I can never find trousers that fit me. These fit perfect. Both jeans and joggers. Very high quality and fast delivery. I’ve made two orders to date and I’ll be making many more - it’s nice to not have to roll up my trousers anymore”
