“I spent £25 and my next day delivery order did not arrive and hermes said they did not receive it. It can be resolved quite simply with a refund. The worst part is that my emails are being ignored, a simple communication would put my mind at ease! Please can you get back to me”

“Verry bad service and got my order wrong first of all i payed €20 extra for 1-2 days delivery and it took them more then a week and i got the wrong order and i send them a couple emails but i think they are ignoring me”

“had a problem after not reviving me order after 3 days. left it till the 5th day and got in contact via email, another 4 days passed and another 3 emails sent. no reply’s till they finally replied via instagram and i replied immediately with my order number, another 2 days go by and they offered me a choice of another item on their site as they had sold out of the item i wanted. overall very very bad with costumer service but they did resolve this problem… ish”

“Terrible service last time I used this,I use it regular for grand kids birthdays & chritmas,I contacted them via email & was advised the missing item would be replaced & sent out same day as chose one,it never came,no one asnswered emails afterwards & Iv still not had this sorted out,my details of order will be attached”
