“Very excited to get my cargo pants. Great looking but short in the leg. Returned and reimbursed no problems. If they done a longer leg than 32/32 I'd not hesitate to rebuy.”

“Extreme disappointing experience. The clothes were of poor quality and did not reflect very well how they appeared in the advertisements. Also a major problem with the returns policy and the fact refunds are only made in gift card format - unless you pay full price or do not use a discount code which is next to impossible because most things are on so called ‘sale’ price. I purchased the 5 box which was also misleading - it looks like you receive a nice looking gift box but this is not the case - I received a shabby squashed box that had been thrown around a few times before it landed on my doorstep wet. Also the 5 box did not appear to be on sale when I purchased it I presumed £159.99 was the price which was fair for 5 items I thought but when I requested a cash refund I was told everything in the box was discounted so tough you are getting gift card. Now I have gift card that must be used by end May 2023 ( couple months from delivery) and I am struggling to find anything of quality and even worse there is very limited stock in most items. So suppose great way to make money having a terrible refund policy - so much for distance selling rules and customer satisfaction and visibility of important returns information until it’s too late. My advice to anyone reading this is - be very careful and read the returns policy and be prepared to be disappointed with the quality - so in other words - shop elsewhere!!! Oh and of course you have to foot the bill for tgd return too - which I suppose is the norm these days .”

“This is a review that I don't really want to write.. the cargos I have from jka are great amd look fantastic but thier policy regarding refunds breaks all trading laws on this country and is an absolute scam and and a joke. They refuse to refund you on discounted items amd give you a credit note.. bit the items are not discounted , they give you a discount for being a new customer. They blatantly don't care about thier customers and just steal their money. I have a £10] credit voucher that must be used in 30 days as they won't give me a refund. Never again will I use this company and I will keep on complaining on social media. Looks like I'm.going to the small.claims Court to get what's rightfully mine back. Poor poor company. Do not use”

“Refuse refunds and offer store credit that must be used in 30 days. Breaking all consumer rights and don't have anyway of contact as thier emails are fake. Quality is terrible and refuse refunds”

“I have bought 3 XL argos pants 1 XL t shirt and also 1 XL jumper in a box as they call it for £159.99. All the size are not true to size and morelia XXXL . Customer Service say I can't have a refund just a credit note so I buy from them again. In the meantime I buy a smaller pair of cargo pants and a mystery gift. Luckily the pants now fit but the mystery gift was another oversized t shirt that dont fit me. I requested a smaller item size or refund and they tell me I can't have one. It.seems to me once this company takes your money they won't give it back regardless. I will definitely not buy from here again and definitely will not recommend”
