“No problems whatsoever. Speedy service - excellent product. Replacing mats in busy fitness centre/boot camp - so pleased with them. Bright and fun colour. I've actually ordered more!!”

“Delivery was very prompt and to the door. Kept up to date on proposed dates and times via both e mail and text. Now the bike.. I am not much of an expert on these things but this is certainly a great buy. Solid construction and easy to build and use. So glad I made this purchase. Great value.”

“Looking at other people’s reviews, I was prepared for it to take a while to put together. Took no longer than 10 minutes from opening the box to having it up and running. Treadmill itself works really well. Very pleased with the product.”

“I previously ordered a couple of these ropes for my personal training business a month ago and was very happy with the products received. The price was great and my order arrived in excellent time. I’ve now ordered an additional 12 ropes for my new skipping class. Thank you JLL Fitness Ltd for providing a great service and products which are value for money. I will definitely be using you again.”

“Thank you. I had an initial fright as I thought the front foot of the bike was damaged in transit. But later I found that the damaged item was, in fact, the plastic protector that was damaged but it did what it was supposed to do. I have the bike built and working, great! Many thanks, great service and value. Well done.”

“Arrived earlier than expected. Delivery man called me as I was not home and was able to agree a place to leave the parcel. 2 small plastic parts were damaged that did not prevent me using the bike. Parts were sent quickly and customer service has been great. Quickly getting back to me on queries I have had. Thank you”

“1st classs service kept informed all the way through the delivery it was easy to assemble also you could follow a video if you wanted to so you know your not going wrong for sure the machine it self is very quiet and works fantastic”

“I recently went to JLL in Birmingham and bought a JLL 400 spinning bike. The shop had a excellent choice of equipment and the man who we dealt with us gave us good honest advice, and I have to say we are very impressed with the quality and performance of the bike .”

“The belt on my treadmill stopped working. I contacted the company and answered a few questions. The treadmill was collected the same week. I've had it back for around two months now really pleased with the way it was handled.”
