“Product navy seal tape utter rubbish. Does not stick. Take it off shelf it's giving you bad name.”

“Navy tape draught excluder tape. Utter rubbish fell off within 1 hour doesnt stick to any surface . Pure waste of money.”

“Cleaned the door and windows left few hours to dry. Then attached the tape. Within minutes it was noticeable it wasn’t going to stick. Within 30 minutes all tape sealed on the door and window had fallen off and was now on the floor . Utter waste of money and time. I could bought cheaper from Amazon but decided to stick with the JML name. But total waste money”

“I placed an order 7th may 2020. Confirmation email said shipping would be 4/5 days. It was dispatched 12th may. To date I have not received it (1st june). I emailed them and their reply was deliveries are currently slow!! Very enlightening!!!”

“Bought the draft excluder, NAVY SEAL, does nothing it says on the tin. Fell off 1 hour after putting it around door. Complete waste of money. So angry.”

“Bought a jml shower head with beads I tried it to see if it worked, it did I put my old shower head bk on and the water poured out of the shower on the wall,casing on the wall there is nothing on the box or the paper inside, so now I have had to buy a new shower and get an electrician to fit so be aware people.”

“I ordered JML Vacuum Sealer . Did not use till after 3 months. Machine did seal properly so had air escape after 2 minutes of sealing. Utter waste of bags ,money and time! Called customer service who told me to return it and it would be checked and if faulty I could get a credit note as that's what I wanted. Not another vacuum sealer that could come with the same problem. For a call from the same customer service after a week to say she insisted had tested the machine and it was fine so she would be sending it back. She further went on about how I must not have closed the lid on properly. It was literally a back and forth argument which I found rude and distressing . Please don't waste your time or money! I told the woman on the phone to keep it as I didn't want a machine that didn't work sent back and she kept it! Never heard from them again! Worst experience ever. This happened 2 weeks ago. Should have videoed the machine faults.”

“Rubbish, don't waste your money. How can you sell something that has not been tested?? It just does not stick!! Sorry, it sticks for about 30 minutes and then falls off. Diabolical service and product.”

“I bought the Navy Seal Draught Shield Tape -based on the promotional video in a DIY store -sounded really good and just what I needed . Bought the product and fitted it to French wooden doors and wooden window frames -all clean and in good condition . Within 15 mins the seal began to peel off -several attempts to put it back failed -now holding it on with drawing pins . Contacted JML customer services -unable to help -I asked if they could send replacement rolls as I was willing to give it another try -they stated they were unable to do this . In hind sight I wish I had read other reviews -as this product DOES NOT DO as is stated in the promotion video and packaging -as others have stated -a COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. I AM LEFT WONDERING IS THIS THE STANDARD OF ALL THE JML PRODUCT RANGE !!”

“JML Navy seal Draught excluder tape is total and utter garbage. Adhesive is very poor, it does not stick on clean dry smooth surfaces. Falls off within seconds making it utterly useless. The good news is it's going straight back to Dunelm Mill.”

“Every single item this horrible company sell is extremely overpriced and usually complete rubbishy gimmicks. Look around and you will find similar products at least 50% cheaper. Just one example. Their 400 watt plug in wall heater. Buy it anywhere else for around £10 and less. B&M do one and they are all over Ebay for peanuts. It is puzzling how so many people are taken in by their pretty slick advertising, which is of course paid for by overpriced products. Stay away folks.”

“AVOID VICKY / VICTORIA on customer services phone line, she interrupts constantly, she's bossy, condescending and she has no care about your issue, she will make that clear by repeatedly interrupting and refusing to listen damanding your order number so she can quickly get you off the phone because she has zero sympathy that you are unhappy, she just wants your order number and to get you off the phone. She is by far the worst/rudest customer services person I have ever spoken to. Blatantly disrespectful. And she will tell you that you will NOT be notified when your package is arriving when in fact you are notified and given a one hour time slot of delivery.”

“This is not a company with integrity. All your damaged products, Packets flawless Removers that were returned by your customers which should have been thrown into the dust bin were given to John Pye Auctioneers to auction for you. You knew there products were returned bad, why sell them to other people Isn't this wickedness. I spent thousands of pounds buying your products at auction, all of them were spoilt. I refunded 8 customers in 24 hours alone. All the flawless hair Removers had been used with human hair. Shouldn't the items be binned when they were returned. Why resell them.”

“I purchased instant heater of JML I am a big buyer of amazon I should have bought it off amazon I thought JML was the only seller. When I got heater and set it up plugged it in the heater instantly give off a very hot heat if you step back the heat did not reach you too close and it gets too uncomfortable. The heater was not work able. I contacted JML to return for full refund they said that it would cost me £8 which was to be taken off my refund for the cost of return. I sent it back. Eventually after over a week I get my refund plus they took another £4 of me I presume for the delivery to me. They are actually being very dishonest as they never said this just £8 off for cost of return. Do not buy any thing off them as if you buy the same item of amazon free delivery and free return no quibble. Iam not getting anything or being paid by amazon but I love the firm. They are not petty and gives one hell of a service. Thanks if you are reading this.”
