“I bought a chillmax fan from JML which has a stand that doesnt 'stand' . JML charged me for the return and refused a refund. DONT BUY THIS FAN OR FROM JML !!”

“Just bought a heated straightening brush from JML do not touch this company. This is a huge. Heavy. Clunky. Unusable piece of rubbish. It looks and feels like something from 1950 and the company must know what a useless thing this is. I now have to pay for the return shipping. Seems ive lost a lot of money by trusting JML”

“We purchased 2 NuYou you could not get the tops off to clean called JML told put a rubber glove on will prob come off then well tried that didn’t work my girlfriend purchased one and hers was the same so in my opinion faulty goods/batch went back to Tesco where we purchased couldn’t get a refund on both as I never put my club card through and had not got receipt as if you keep every receipt the goods are faulty so if you buy goods from JML be prepared for them to be rubbish as JML clearly are not happy to help .”

“Don't waste your money on the Power Washer Gun. Absolutely a waste of money. More power in my hose than this product.Then when I returned product I had to pay for the return postage as they wouldn't. Disgusting customer service . Won't buy anything from. JmL again.”

“Disgraceful out of pocket by £10 and no replacement vacuum cleaner. If I could give 0 stars I would. My daughter bought me one for Christmas I was looking forward to it for cleaning small areas. It came and it would not work, so I charged it and it still would not work, I put it back in the box and the next minute it started I took it out and it would not turn off, my grandchildren were terrified the battery would explode so I put it in an outhouse outside to run the battery out safely, by the way it did not vacuum up either! My daughter had to pay £5 to ship it back, JML don't offer replacements, so she was out of pocket for two lots of postage and no replacement. Then she found out she could have got it off Amazon no postage charged either way. Feel totally cheated.”

“I have now bought 2 items from JML. A nu you brush and a cat toy. Both stop working properly after 1 day. Waste of money. No doubt cheap Chinese rubbish.”

“Brought the new pill o pad, oh what a mistake JML made with this one. The original foam ipad one,I love and thought this would be good as it has storage The storage is a waste of time, I would be a bit worried about putting my iPad in the storage area, as it has hardly any depth so had to use it for couple of pens and paper notes the iPad might scratch it this area as it is made of what looks like cheep plastic waste of time and it clips up with a plastic clip which I doubt will last, and it’s tough to open so all your items fly out when you do manage to open it, there is no area to hold to open the clip so you have to kind of put your fingers into the foam to try to open it apart, it’s not sturdy at all and if you have it on your lap it just wobbles about, not like the last ones fine on your lap. I would not like to leave my iPad on it stood up as it not stable enough I hope this helps as I would not recommend it to anyone. Really bad design JML I’m considering taking it back”

“Purchased 2 Pure Shower heads in Tesco Athlone Ireland They are pure rubbish First one was squirting the water at angles from some of the tiny holes,returned it Second one, worked ok for a couple of showers only with a strong flow,then only a trickle was coming from the head, binned it”
