Omg!!!!....REALLY BAD SERVICE in term of hotline....sound unfriendly,delivery within 5 working days!!!!.....actually I wanted to buy...after see the advertising on TV but cuat service really bad.....FYI not only you sell this...I can buy other brand or supplier as well!....and I'm not even Wana give 1 star as well

Refund return freight charges 300% of JML freight cost..won’t buy from them again.

Dentapic sonic: Won’t recommend above product from jml waste of money non refundable item does absolutely nothing and they don’t have reviews section open for customer. Don’t buy from jml.

Soapinator: Great idea poor product quality. Soap dispenser so it sits adjacent to the kitchen sink (naturally). Water rotted the battery connections within 4 weeks of use. Battery compartment needs to be waterproof or batteries moved to the top of the product not the base.

Extremely horrible and terrible experience. Furthermore, this was the first time I placed an order for the Ginseng Mouthwash from jml. Item supposed to be delivered +2 working days. I was patience enough to wait until 1 week later and found something not right. So called and asked and they kept saying they don't not have my order number. They tracking status and delivery details were unavailable. The amount had been deducted from my bank account too! Called up and kept claiming don't have my particulars where in fact I had created an account and all my particulars were correct. Need to keep chasing them and asked. Very lousy service!

If I could give zero stars I would. Bought an 8 in 1 Gourmet chef cooker and, when it first got delivered, the lit was already shattered inside the box. They replaced a new one for me but shortly after the replacement, today my mom was in the process of washing the lit, the glass exploded into the air and caused the whole place to fill with broken glass pieces, some micro bits even went all over her face. Just imagine you gifting this to your elderly family or whoever it is. How dangerous is it that the glass can explode any time and cause harm or shoot right into your eyes? DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCT, IF I WERE TO ADVISE.

I purchased the JML Hydro Wonder bath mat yesterday and tried it today for the first time. I followed the instructions, however, the mat slipped over the entire bath. It's very dangerous.

Having used a sticky lint roller for years and loved it bought a new one , this had hardly any sticky surface , I complained to JML , I got a very condescending email telling me how to clean it after I had stated I had already used one successfully for years , very poor customer services

Ordered hair products on 16th Dec,still not arrived even though I was told on 30th Dec it would be a few days. In spite of numerous emails I have received no reply. Where’s my order? Disgraceful customer service. I would now like a refund.

Ordered vacpack go with replacement bags , out of all 8 bags , so far only 3 have worked properly. Within a couple of days of use the bags have blown , by that I mean they are no longer vacuum sealed . So all in all they are useless . I will have to go and get some good ones from Asda!!! I would not recommend these at all , complete waste of money .

AVOID VICKY / VICTORIA on customer services phone line, she interrupts constantly, she's bossy, condescending and she has no care about your issue, she will make that clear by repeatedly interrupting and refusing to listen damanding your order number so she can quickly get you off the phone because she has zero sympathy that you are unhappy, she just wants your order number and to get you off the phone. She is by far the worst/rudest customer services person I have ever spoken to. Blatantly disrespectful. And she will tell you that you will NOT be notified when your package is arriving when in fact you are notified and given a one hour time slot of delivery.

AVOID VICKY/VICTORIA on JML customer services, she will only make you more upset, she has zero empathy for damaged goods, sarcastic, bossy, robotic, unsympathetic and goes out of her way to wind you up, she interrupts constantly, takes her anger issues out on customers. Very condescending manner. She told me no one has ever complained about her before, maybe not but they will stop shopping at JML! She also told me she had no idea when my package would arrive, possibly up to 14 working days and I wouldn't be notified when it's due to arrive either .., But the same day I was notified by email it was due to arrive the next day and texted in the morning and given a hours time slot for delivery! Completely different to what she told me, She has the worst attitude I've ever come across, damanding my order number and not wanting to listen to the issue, not caring one bit what the issue is or wanting to listen, she just interrupts demanding order number, repeatedly. She left me really upset.

Bought 2 boxes of lights & after less than a week they don’t work. Made in China, I should of known better. Very disappointed customer

This is not a company with integrity. All your damaged products, Packets flawless Removers that were returned by your customers which should have been thrown into the dust bin were given to John Pye Auctioneers to auction for you. You knew there products were returned bad, why sell them to other people Isn't this wickedness. I spent thousands of pounds buying your products at auction, all of them were spoilt. I refunded 8 customers in 24 hours alone. All the flawless hair Removers had been used with human hair. Shouldn't the items be binned when they were returned. Why resell them.

I placed an order 7th may 2020. Confirmation email said shipping would be 4/5 days. It was dispatched 12th may. To date I have not received it (1st june). I emailed them and their reply was deliveries are currently slow!! Very enlightening!!!

I purchased instant heater of JML I am a big buyer of amazon I should have bought it off amazon I thought JML was the only seller. When I got heater and set it up plugged it in the heater instantly give off a very hot heat if you step back the heat did not reach you too close and it gets too uncomfortable. The heater was not work able. I contacted JML to return for full refund they said that it would cost me £8 which was to be taken off my refund for the cost of return. I sent it back. Eventually after over a week I get my refund plus they took another £4 of me I presume for the delivery to me. They are actually being very dishonest as they never said this just £8 off for cost of return. Do not buy any thing off them as if you buy the same item of amazon free delivery and free return no quibble. Iam not getting anything or being paid by amazon but I love the firm. They are not petty and gives one hell of a service. Thanks if you are reading this.
