“I make regular purchases from Jobalots, mostly the items are worth buying to re-sell however some are not. Out of my last few purchases of multiple new & returns there were 5 I had to simply throw away as they were in a terrible state and not fit for purpose. I understand it's in the terms and conditions and it's a gamble buyers have to accept, but when the staff that are packing up the orders can clearly see the items they are putting inside the parcels are damaged surely these can be pulled to one side and refunded back? That is my only gripe, but as someone who works on a self-employed basis I don't want to keep throwing money away like that. That said, I will continue to place bids but be a lot more cautious on the type of products I'm sourcing. No glass, ceramics, kettles, mixers, water filters.....I will be stearing clear of these moving forward.”
