“Good choice of new items and fast delivery. However brought a couple customer returns and they were very badly damaged. Just be sticking to the new items.”

“The amp did not work at all. The glasses where fine , I some how wasn't allowed too pay for one item and it got relisted but I guess you win some you lose some”

“A large variety of items to choose from, great products. Lots of bargains to bid for, delivery is quick and shipping costs are fair. Never had any problems with this company, always spot on. Always respond to emails very quick and customer service are polite and helpful.”

“Do NOT use this company, they are thieves, they will steal your money, and they will send you out not only damaged, or faulty items, they send you items that DON'T even power on. They will IGNORE your every request for a refund, I have emailed them every day for the past week, chasing a refund, and they ask for 72 hours... I have now waited double that time, and they just WON'T respond. They have a community website, and I have posted on there also time and time again, but they monitor the posts before publishing them, so if it's negative, they won't publish it, they only publish what they want, and they delete the rest. They know full well the conditions of the items they are sending out to people, yet they are still happy to take your money for items they can see, should only be fit for the bin. Save your money people, do NOT use this company, you will only be throwing hard-earned cash down the drain, and they will IGNORE your every request for a refund. If this post saves just 1 person from losing money, it really has done its job. I am seeking advice to look at taking these thieves to court because that's all this company is... Thieves.”

“Great company. I bought a pallet with new stuff, accurate as per the manifest (maybe 10%) discrepancy) but when you buy stuff worth £10k for £400 i would say .... no problem!! 😀 One returns pallet is just ordered and on it's way so I will update my review shortly, but as far as I know and experienced - The best company for pallet flipping, resellers on brand new items. P.s. I used to buy from gem and after 2 pallets I had 100£ profit... (a joke). Good luck guys. Bid with 🧠! Thank you Jobalots. I'm your forever customer👍”

“Excellent service and a wide variety of items. Very easy to use but I don't like the fact that you have to pay for your goods the same day by midnight, as if you are bidding on a variety of items they can go over to the next day and you miss out on combined postage! That's the only downside to JLI.”
