“I’ve been using Jobalots for a couple of months now and it’s been really good. I like the things that they put out for auction. Everything that has been delivered so far hasn’t been broken. So far so good. There have been a couple of faulty products from the customer returns auctions but then that’s always a gamble since IT IS customer RETURNS. But, overall, great site!”

“Buying customer returns means wasting your money on faulty items with missing part and messy condition. However customer service will never reply with solutions on missing or broken on new items either ! I wasted so much money on this website ,plus paying off someone to take the rubbish I Received to the tip !!!!”

“Placed 3 orders x2 where correct other order had wrong items sent still waiting for refund or correct purchased item to be sent. Ordered MTB bike part and office rack arrived instead. Sent request no response back.”

“Box turned up today.....6 skull shaver boxes inside the package, 2 of which were totally empty. I didn't bid on this auction to win empty boxes. Ridiculous service will never use again and can't recommend enough that people avoid this site at all costs.”

“brought pallet of garden furniture and the 2 most expensive things on there 1 had more than half missing the other one I never got listed as 2 items got half of one so not happy with that pallet”
