“Bought the embroidered festive coat in the sale. I fell in love with it when I saw it. Delivery was fast and the coat fitted perfectly I ordered a size 10. However 2 of the buttons fell off outside on my first time wearing it. I did not recover them so will be replacing all of the buttons if I can't find the same ones. Such a shame, but such a beautiful coat and pleased with the service.”

“I have just purchased Joe browns western bootcut jeans. I normally buy 3 pairs evey year. This time I was very disappointed they are not the same very loose about the crutch material not as it used to be. Regular are very long and short extramly short. Will be sending 2 pairs back I will keep 1 pair as I am desperate for new jeans”

“Will keep dress recently bought as good value at sale price. Like so many Joe Browns items material was a let down, very stiff. At 5'8" I often find their dresses several inches too short, different lengths would be great.”

“A lovely and often unique choice of clothing. Nice quality material but caters for the smaller sized person. The shirt I purchased for my husband was really nice but the sleeves were far too short.”

“Delivery took over two weeks and disappointed with several of the items that did not fit well & were poor quality. Fortunately some items were okay at sale price which I kept. Think they are not as good as they used to be.”

“First purchase was amazing. Sadly the last two items, blue tapestry coat’s finishing wasn’t great, summer dress had two holes in it, I didn’t notice straight away, so too late to return. Love the clothes, but would think twice about further purchases”

“Lovely clothing. Three items , one is amazing, but the blue tapestry coat is not finished to the standard I expect. Dress arrived, my fault didn’t check it as I expected quality to be fab, but found two holes in it, too late to return”

“I love your coats in particular.but why are some stopped at size 18..Theres 1 coat I particular I would love to buy.Its a mustard 1 with white flowers on it..So frustrating..And no your clothes are not true to Size”

“I tried to order a coat on line never ever again worst site I have tried to order from, kept coming up with an address that I have never lived at then when I finally got through my order ( one coat) it tried to charge me for three coats😡, I gave up . I have bought a lot of Joe brown's clothing and very satisfied with them but this was a nightmare, I'll stick to the old way with Joe brown's A SHOP .”

“Ordered two coats from Joe Brown mix it up size 18 patchwork coat multi and size 18 into the wood Mac green multi which was absolutely beautiful I’m normally a size 18 these came back not a size 16 please Joe Brown right!!!!!”

“Customer service is nonexistent. Ordered a coat in late January. No tracking/ shipping info has been provided in three weeks. No information about when it might be delivered or progress of shipment. I am promised that I will be contacted about my order but all I get are automated responses. I feel like I’ve been scammed. I would give zero stars if I could. I will be opening a dispute at PayPal to get a refund. I see others have had this same problem.”

“Absolutely disgusting customer service. Ordered goods in October, still not received some items. Cannot get through on phones, sent 3 messages asking for refund and not one reply. Would definitely never use again and not recommend!!! Basically, take your money with no intention of refunding it when items do not turn up. I will be reporting to trading standards.”

“Never again! I have not received the ordered goods, and the shop does not want to return the money paid to me. I sent e-mails with requests for clarification of the matter, but unfortunately they only reassure me that they would check everything. I've been waiting a long time, but nothing comes of it. One big failure.”

“One star is too kind. Ordered a jacket at the start of march. Didn't know it wasn't in stock. Now it's mid may and still no sign of it. Refund me please. ASAP. Terrible service.”
