“Recently visited to pick up some sunglasses which had prescription lenses put in. As always the service offered was personal, prompt and professional. Been going now for many years and the service has always web of the highest order.”

“I went to Jones and Co for the first time in August of this year, and for the first time ever, I thoroughly enjoyed the whole process of choosing new specs.! Unlike previous experiences, no stress whatsoever! Jess and her colleagues were very friendly, helpful, extremely patient, and prepared to voice their informed opinion. I found this really helpful, as choosing eyewear is a major decision. I ended up with two pairs of specs. with which I am delighted, in terms of comfort, quality and style. I would heartily recommend this firm to anyone.”

“Bloody love this place! Definitely not to be confused with just another opticians. The range of different styles and colours in both glasses and sunglasses are really impressive and what’s more they’re so talented at knowing what suits you that you can sit back, enjoy the amazing attention and leave with something just a bit different than everyone else. Customer service second to none and staff friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended! I’m at an age where I have to constantly wear glasses so the look is very important and I’ve never had so many compliments when wearing frames from Jones&co which is always nice.”

“Picked up my new glasses on Wednesday. I cannot tell you how delighted I am with them. It was so difficult to choose between two pairs that I bought them both! The attention and care I was given by all the staff was just lovely. This was my first visit to Jones and Co. It will certainly not be my last,and I would encourage anyone like me with self doubts about choosing glasses to go there. The staff took great care in helping choose my new frames and were very kind and patient with me.”

“From the moment I walked through the door for my appointment I felt completely at ease . The staff are brilliant no pressure sales but genuine help in choosing the correct frames for my face shape . Absolutely spoilt for choice !!!”

“Back for an update. Usual thorough eye test, fantastic service from our stylists both at selection and pickup. The whole team are enthusiastic and helpful and go above and beyond the usual levels of service. Frames are such an integral part of one’s image and Jones & Co have the best selection I have come across. Another wholly positive experience.”

“Best visit to an opticians I’ve ever had. The eye test was thorough and relaxed, and there was time to ask questions without feeling rushed. Gareth picked out an amazing pair of glasses which look absolutely lovely and suit my face but which I never would have thought of. I really recommend this opticians if you want quality service and expert advice on what suits you.”

“Fabulous experience. The team at Jones & Co are very welcoming and friendly. Regina picked out glasses for me to try on that I would never have looked at normally - and they were amazing. I couldn't decide between two pairs so I ended up buying both!! The selection of glasses is incredible - I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for my glasses now. Highly recommended.”
