“A very special experience with courteous staff who are there to help in every way possible to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase. I wore my glasses for the first time last night and the minute they appeared, they were admired. Next, a new pair of sunglasses!! Thank you so much!”

“From the initial telephone conversation to arrange for my style consultation appointment, the appointment to select my glasses and picking up my glasses, Jones And Co. provided an excellent service. I was very pleased to experience a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere with a really friendly and knowledgeable staff. They are good at listening to you to find out what you like and curating a selection of unique and well made glasses from which you can choose. I am very happy with my choice of glasses and I look forward to exploring other unique styles in the future. Thank you Kenji for all the help, Gareth and the rest of the team at Jones And Co. “I was a little sceptical of all the great reviews when originally booking but they really do live up to the hype! All the staff are so friendly and attentive. They really do make you feel so welcome and looked after. The glasses styling was also a really fun experience! I didn't think glasses shopping could actually be this enjoyable. My day was brightened when going for my initial visit and then collecting the glasses. It does sound really weird that visiting the "opticians" did leave a smile on my face! There is a high level of attention to detail in all areas. From the little gifts, to remembering your name to the subtle stylistic choices of the glasses. Definitely coming back when I’m after another pair!”

“Excellent service from start to finish. Have used a number of opticians prior to Jones & Co. They all used the same format- eye test followed by”choose yourself some glasses”. No guidance given. Jones& Co listen to what you are looking for and show you a variety of glasses which they think might suit you. They give guidance but leave you with the final decision . A truly professional team! Thanks to you all- I’m delighted with my new specs!”

“I've been using Jones & Co for a few years now, and can't imagine ever going anywhere else. Everyone at Jones is very friendly, very helpful, and really wants to make sure that you have the best experience and come away with the best glasses for you - in terms of prescription, lenses and frames. The eye test is careful and thorough, and customer service throughout is excellent. Highly recommended.”

“I have been going to Jones & Co for practically nearly twenty years. I met Kathryn when she started there. Since then l have seen it blossom like a flower 🌸 over the years and grow into the best Opticians and stylists l know. I would definitely recommend. The team at Jones & Co are like an extended family. Always give you a warm welcome , offer any drink on arrival, hot drinks, cold drinks 🥤 and even a glass of Prosecco or beer . I have loved all my glasses over the years. The lenses are always so lightweight and the best like Rolls Royce standard l would rate them. All the team are very professional, polite and friendly. They take care of your choice of frames and style them to suit your needs. I would like to welcome Mark who is new to the team, he dealt with me on my last visit. He was very friendly, professional and bubbly like all the team at Jones & Co. I don’t know what l would do if l didn’t have Jones and Co to go to. I can guarantee once you go there you will never choose any other opticians again.
