“This is my 5th pair of glasses purchased from Jones and Co and I would not go anywhere else. The whole process was such a lovely experience all the staff go out of their way to help from start to finish. Special thanks to Depal for her expertise and help in choosing my frames and to Sam for fitting them. Cannot recommend Jones and Co highly enough.”

“The eye test was thorough with the different stages explained clearly and I was told I didn’t need a change of prescription. I was advised that I would benefit from having polarized sunglasses. There was no hard sell, indeed I was advised that I could get my sunglasses polarized with my previous supplier. Good advice all round and I did choose to have my existing sunglasses polarized with Jones and Co.”

“Well let’s start with the chocolates and the tote bag and work backwards. The Day of Delivery is a Big Colour Day and it’s impossible to leave unsatisfied. The choosing session is calibrated by the staff who already know what suits you and what you’ll like. The eye test is the most comprehensive and considerate one you’ll ever have. And from the moment you walk in and are offered a coffee you feel you’re amongst friends. And I’ve never worked out how they manage this one- you actually feel it’s worth the money!”

It is always a pleasure to attend this optician from the welcome smile and coffee to the exceptional care and unique products they supply. On this occasion they sourced windsurfing, varifocal, polarised sunglasses for me. Thanks to all the team”

“I've been a customer for about 6 years, and the reason I keep coming back is the unbeatable quality of service provided for eye care & extensive knowledge of the staff. You get an in-depth eye exam, and recommendations for lens type and add-ons. A bit pricy but you can get some good deals to bring down cost.”

“After looking at several opticians and eyewear shops , and having almost decided on a pair of glasses elsewhere, it took Gareth probably less than two minutes to pick out a couple of glasses that seemed made for me. All I'd tried before seemed not only to lack style but - essentially - an appreciable quality that felt good in the hand as well as when worn on the face. Attention to detail, friendly service, and experienced staff who will find what you are looking for and help you work to your budget.”

“Had an eye test and one eye had improved. Jones & Co fitted the new lenses perfectly. When I stepped outside with the new varifoculs, I was amazed at the difference. Jones & Co get everything right down to the smallest detail. Their service is attentive, personal and amazing!”

“Going to Jones and Co is a true delight quite unlike any other experience at an Opticians. I have been a client for several years and really look forward to seeing the welcoming friendly staff. Choosing a new pair of glasses is very exciting and over the years I have become much more adventurous in my choice of frames. This is because I have been shown a limited number of frames that I know because of staff expertise they have been picked to suit my face. What a difference from having to plough through shelves of similar glasses trying to find something you like that looks ok. The choice of frames is so different from anywhere else and you can be sure that people will compliment your glasses and ask ‘Where did you get those ?’”

“A HUGE well done to all of the staff at Jones and Co as they truly understand the meaning of excellent service,which seems a rare commodity today. Their attention to detail and experience is my reason for returning. They never disappoint and certainly give great value for money. Having to wear glasses is a pleasure for me as I receive so many lovely comments on my eyewear as their frames are so unique.
