“September 2024 and with my 3rd pair of glasses. Delighted with all 3 and use them like funky jewellery. There is not a week that goes by without somebody saying how much they like them - whichever pair I wear. The customer service is excellent and all the staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They know styling but also understand the way our eyes and glasses work, the nuances of the prescriptions, types of lenses etc and have been great over my need to have a repair. These are my latest and most dramatic frames from the Theo range.”

“I've been to several opticians in the past and none of them even come close to Jones & Co. Styling Opticians. The process from booking the appointment all the way to picking up the glasses was outstanding and I cannot recommend them enough for anyone who is looking for a no frills, top-class experience. Sadie, Mark, Taylor, and the rest of the team were welcoming, professional, and very helpful during the styling consultation and after, and they really set Jones & Co apart from pretty much all the other opticians in the field. I will no doubt go back to Jones & Co. should I ever need another pair of glasses, and I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a opticians unlike any other.”

“We seem to get so used to 'just another mediocre customer service experience' in most places that a trip to Jones and Co is most definitely a refreshing treat. At Jones and Co it is truly a great experience and not simply a transaction. They definitely have the knack of making you feel the most important person to them while you are there and nothing is too much trouble. They are definitely an example that others could learn a lot from. On top of the experience are the fabulous frames and I can't tell you how many positive comments I get and how many times I get asked where I get my glasses from. I wouldn't go anywhere else.”

“Fab glasses from fab people! I picked up my second pair of glasses from Jones & Co yesterday. They fit beautifully (thank you Taylor) and look stunning. The whole experience from the eye test, to the styling appointment and the pick up, plus all the customer care in between is excellent. Yes, Jones & Co glasses are an “investment” but you really do “get what you pay for”, and you can pay for some of it on interest free credit! Highly recommended.”

“This was my 4th visit to Jones and Co in 5 years. I travelled from London for my styling appointment, it was so worth the trip! The whole experience from entering the building, warm welcome, excellent thorough eye test, and of course the incredible styling experience was second to none!! Marc showed me frames, I had so much fun trying all the different styles, colours and collections!! I was totally spoiled for choice but was gently guided to choosing, two great frames that suited my needs and style. When I returned 2 weeks later, with my daughter, to collect my new glasses, (she also had a styling appointment). I actually purchased a third pair !! I have been to several opticians in the UK and abroad, but never found anything like the service and selection in Jones and Co! I will be back!”

“Went to collect my new specs yesterday with my daughter who has always advised me on my glasses choice. We had the pleasure of meeting Mark one of the few members of Jones and Co I hadn't met. As always friendly attentive service and absolutely fabulous glasses. I have already had some very complimentary remarks. I can't imagine going anywhere else.”

“I have been a customer for over 14 years and cannot imagine going anywhere else. The choice/ quality of frames is superb as are the lenses. As someone with a high prescription I know how important the lens quality is. The staff go above and beyond to ensure you are happy and would never let you leave without the correct frame. I don’t want to single out any particular member of staff as they are all fantastic. Thank you all for helping me to enjoy wearing glasses , I’m addicted !!!”

“The experience was really relaxed and calm. The optician spent time testing my eyes and allowed me to ask questions. I didn’t feel rushed at all. They also explained my eye condition to me properly unlike other opticians I’ve been to in the past. The styling consult was calm and friendly. They spent time helping me choose glasses that suited me and that I was happy with. I love my new glasses and couldn’t have asked for better assistance.”

“I highly recommend Jones & Co to anyone wishing to experience and purchase bespoke eyewear. The team are highly skilled, professional and provide inspiring consultations in a very personal exceptional way. Great follow-up calls following purchases are personal and genuine and news letters keep you informed of latest trends and styles. I have recommended Jones & Co to numerous family & friends who have also enjoyed becoming loyal customers too. The coffee is great too, not to mention the chocolates, along with Marks football banter a visit to Jones & Co is a very enjoyable experience.”

“I have been coming to Jones and Co for nearly 25 years. It was then I decided that since my glasses were on my face all day I would choose some I actually liked rather than a generic “that will do” pair. Coming to Jones’s is always a treat and the staff always understand what an important decision it is, guiding you through the choices with care and thoughtfulness. “We love going to Jones and co. We treat it like a day out. We have both been coming here for about six years, since we moved to Manchester. The frames are fabulous and will not be found anywhere else, and the lenses are perfect too. We always enjoy a delicious cup of coffee and a chat to the lovely staff. I would highly recommend Jones and Co.”
