“Outstanding Eye Care and Style – 25 Years of Excellence! I’ve just had another exceptional experience at Jones & Co. Styling Opticians on King Street, and after 25 years as a loyal client, I continue to be amazed by their consistent, outstanding quality of care and service they deliver. From start to finish, every part of my recent visit – including eye tests for both glasses and contact lenses – were carried out with the highest level of professionalism and attention to detail. Priya and Catherine provided thorough and reassuring eye examinations, clearly explaining everything while ensuring my vision needs were fully addressed. When it came to selecting new frames, Deepal and Kathryn were fantastic. As a high index prescription their expert styling advice, combined with a sharp eye for design, helped me choose a pair that suits my personality and lifestyle perfectly – striking the ideal balance between comfort and style. I always leave feeling confident in how I look and see, thanks to them ❣️ Special thanks also to Gareth and Sadie whom always welcome with warmth, efficiency and care. They ensure the whole experience is seamless. Gareth always very accommodating and understanding given my ever changing diary. Thank you. “A little more expensive than the average high street opticians, but the service is exceptional from the moment you walk in. Any enquiry you make will be dealt with and all staff are faultless in their knowledge and communication skills. If you're looking for top class personalised service, no matter how complicated your demands, you won't be disappointed. I would definitely recommend, especially if you're looking for something different and are prepared to pay a little more for the product and the service.”

“It is with no hesitation that I write this review, after recently visiting Jones & Co for my annual eye test and also new sunglasses dispensed by Gareth and Jess I noticed that I had first visited Jones & Co in 2002, this in itself shows how happy I am with their outstanding service and dispensing skills I am not one for giving out bad reviews I simply go elsewhere if I am not satisfied with the service or product 23 years of using Jones & Co just shows how remarkable I think they are”

“This is my 5th pair of glasses purchased from Jones and Co and I would not go anywhere else. The whole process was such a lovely experience all the staff go out of their way to help from start to finish. Special thanks to Depal for her expertise and help in choosing my frames and to Sam for fitting them. Cannot recommend Jones and Co highly enough.”

“The eye test was thorough with the different stages explained clearly and I was told I didn’t need a change of prescription. I was advised that I would benefit from having polarized sunglasses. There was no hard sell, indeed I was advised that I could get my sunglasses polarized with my previous supplier. Good advice all round and I did choose to have my existing sunglasses polarized with Jones and Co.”

“Well let’s start with the chocolates and the tote bag and work backwards. The Day of Delivery is a Big Colour Day and it’s impossible to leave unsatisfied. The choosing session is calibrated by the staff who already know what suits you and what you’ll like. The eye test is the most comprehensive and considerate one you’ll ever have. And from the moment you walk in and are offered a coffee you feel you’re amongst friends. And I’ve never worked out how they manage this one- you actually feel it’s worth the money!”

It is always a pleasure to attend this optician from the welcome smile and coffee to the exceptional care and unique products they supply. “I've been a customer for about 6 years, and the reason I keep coming back is the unbeatable quality of service provided for eye care & extensive knowledge of the staff. You get an in-depth eye exam, and recommendations for lens type and add-ons. A bit pricy but you can get some good deals to bring down cost.”

“After looking at several opticians and eyewear shops , and having almost decided on a pair of glasses elsewhere, it took Gareth probably less than two minutes to pick out a couple of glasses that seemed made for me. All I'd tried before seemed not only to lack style but - essentially - an appreciable quality that felt good in the hand as well as when worn on the face. Attention to detail, friendly service, and experienced staff who will find what you are looking for and help you work to your budget.”
