“I have been going to this optician for many years and they are oustanding. I go every 2 years and if my prescription has not changed i still get a new pair. I consider them "eye jewelry" and have to be very strong willed not to get two pairs.”

“I went to Jones & Co for my first ever eye test. Priyanka carried out a thorough battery of tests and assessments which confirmed I needed glasses for a minor correction. Being relieved that I had no serious issues I was then faced with the daunting process of choosing frames for the first time in life. To my surprise, Kathryn made the whole process sheer pleasure and a pair of Theo glasses were chosen for me by Kathryn and my wife (they outnumbered me) Going to Jones & Co is like visiting friends, one is welcomed with genuine warmth and friendliness, not to mention coffee, Belgium beer and Prosecco always on offer. Team Jones is always fun to be with, they keep the right balance between personal and professional interaction. I can’t recommend highly enough Team Jones’ services.”

“I’ve been looking for a pair of glasses for ages and I wanted something different from the ones you see in the opticians. It was Jones and Co shop logo that entice me into their shop and I was surprised to see the different frame styles they had available. I wanted a pair of glasses that was subtle and would differentiate me from other glasses wearers. The dispensing optician listened to my brief and showed me various styles, it came down to two choices, in the end I chose the right ones which was true to my personality and style. My journey from trying on the glasses to purchasing them was a good experience, including good customer service, professionalism, and them understanding there product. The glasses are expensive however they are of good quality and importantly I take into consideration the whole life cost of wearing them everyday.”

“I had an eye test and decided to have new lenses fitted to some existing frames from Jones. For me this demonstrates how the frames still suit my features but remain understated yet cutting edge, so great value. As usual the end to end service was first class. Unhurried, caring with great attention to detail and personal fit. Added thank yous if small gifts made my visit a true pleasure. I would recommend Jones to anyone who wants a first class yet bespoke service by kind people- Julie Williams”

“Always a delight to get my glasses from Jones & Co. The experience is second to non and the team are fantastic from start to finish. Gareth especially goes that extra mile to make sure you’re happy with everything and choose the right frames for you and is always the ultimate professional.
