“I have been coming to Jones and Co for nearly 25 years. It was then I decided that since my glasses were on my face all day I would choose some I actually liked rather than a generic “that will do” pair. Coming to Jones’s is always a treat and the staff always understand what an important decision it is, guiding you through the choices with care and thoughtfulness. Thank you for getting my glasses to me before my big event.”

“We love going to Jones and co. We treat it like a day out. We have both been coming here for about six years, since we moved to Manchester. The frames are fabulous and will not be found anywhere else, and the lenses are perfect too. We always enjoy a delicious cup of coffee and a chat to the lovely staff. I would highly recommend Jones and Co.”

“Went to Jones & Co for the first time recently … a brilliant experience. From the moment i entered the building the service was great. The initial reception was friendly and relaxing. Mark, the Dispensing Optician was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process of choosing my new glasses and sunglasses … absolutely delighted and will certainly recommend Jones & Co in future. “I’d like to give a massive shout out to Pri, who is hands down the best optician I’ve been to. Then there’s Gareth and his team who are the most knowledgeable, attentive people. Over the years I’ve had Jess, Mark and Kenji help me in choosing the best frames to suit my face and they’ve never failed me. I always walk out feeling fantastic! Give them a go, you won’t be disappointed.”

“I love this opticians. If you would like personal service and a choice of lovely cutting-edge designer frames then treat yourself. A visit is a pleasure with wonderful staff like Gareth, Zaheera and Deepal. There are the invites to special events, like the one I recently attended with Olympian, Sally Gunnell which was super. You will pay more if you want superior frames but you will get compliments I promise and after all if like me, you wear glasses all the time it’s worth the extra!”

“Visiting Jones and Co is always a pleasure, very friendly and often an amusing experience. Excellent expert attention and advice about glasses that suit or don’t suit. “An amazing service. Zaheera and Deepal are part of a great team that works hard to meet the highest level of care possible. My specs are a real change for me. After nearly 50 years wearing glasses I was so bored with how I looked. Not any more! I always felt uncomfortable choosing a frame, all that scrutiny and focus on my face! Not any more! My prescription is complex and inevitably the lenses were on show. Not any more! The frames are so light and the lenses so thin I don't even know I'm wearing them. My thanks to everyone who helped break the cycle. I love my specs and my sunnies”

“After years of using a high street chain and finding glasses still not working for me we chose to try an independent. From going in to look to the final delivery I can’t say a bad word. As for my specs. 2 pair both with frames I would not have chosen without Kenji’s help. More compliments than any previous eyewear and I can now see to work. Brilliant. Thank you”

“Just like all the other reviewers here, I had a tremendous experience obtaining two new pairs of mid/high prescription glasses with Jones & Co. I’ve been to many high street opticians (I call them cattle markets!) over the years and always dreaded when I needed to go back. This time I wanted a change. I’d had enough. From when I first got in touch with Jones & Co, the difference was immense. My need to obtain a new pair of glasses went from being just that, to what I would simply describe as a wholly enjoyable experience. Mark, at Jones & Co, was so helpful in helping me choose my new glasses, and I was thrilled he helped me make the jump into going for a frame style that suits my characteristics … I’m still getting compliments now! I couldn’t be more pleased. I won’t be going anywhere else!”
