“After years of using a high street chain and finding glasses still not working for me we chose to try an independent. From going in to look to the final delivery I can’t say a bad word. As for my specs. 2 pair both with frames I would not have chosen without Kenji’s help. More compliments than any previous eyewear and I can now see to work. Brilliant. Thank you”

“Just like all the other reviewers here, I had a tremendous experience obtaining two new pairs of mid/high prescription glasses with Jones & Co. I’ve been to many high street opticians (I call them cattle markets!) over the years and always dreaded when I needed to go back. This time I wanted a change. I’d had enough. From when I first got in touch with Jones & Co, the difference was immense. My need to obtain a new pair of glasses went from being just that, to what I would simply describe as a wholly enjoyable experience. Mark, at Jones & Co, was so helpful in helping me choose my new glasses, and I was thrilled he helped me make the jump into going for a frame style that suits my characteristics … I’m still getting compliments now! I couldn’t be more pleased. I won’t be going anywhere else!”

“As a lifelong glasses wearer, over the years I have experienced good and bad opticians and had some fairly ugly glasses( thanks Dad) Jones and Co are my absolute favourite ever. Starting with the most important part of the service , eyecare. Their opticians are thorough, professional and so helpful and friendly. An issue was spotted on a regular check, I was referred and reassured very quickly, exactly what was needed The best fun is the glasses selection, their style technicians are amazing. They suggest shapes and styles I would never have considered, and I’m frequently stopped and complimented on my glasses. My latest visit was to select a pair to wear at my son’s wedding, the suggestions were beautiful and I’m so pleased with the pair I chose, now to find an outfit that brings me the same joy! As an independent , Jones and Co gives excellent service and value, supports local good causes and a visit to them is a genuine pleasure Thank you to all the staff there”

“I have been with Jones and Co for years now. Their range of glasses is beautiful and unique. You feel like you are getting something quite different and special when you go there. The service is amazing, they go above and beyond to help you. All the little finishing touches here and there really make a difference. I get a bit nervous about choosing glasses but they made me feel completely at ease. Thank you Mark.”

“From the initial telephone conversation to arrange for my style consultation appointment, the appointment to select my glasses and picking up my glasses, Jones And Co. provided an excellent service. I was very pleased to experience a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere with a really friendly and knowledgeable staff. They are good at listening to you to find out what you like and curating a selection of unique and well made glasses from which you can choose. “I was a little sceptical of all the great reviews when originally booking but they really do live up to the hype! All the staff are so friendly and attentive. They really do make you feel so welcome and looked after. The glasses styling was also a really fun experience! I didn't think glasses shopping could actually be this enjoyable. My day was brightened when going for my initial visit and then collecting the glasses. It does sound really weird that visiting the "opticians" did leave a smile on my face! There is a high level of attention to detail in all areas. From the little gifts, to remembering your name to the subtle stylistic choices of the glasses. Definitely coming back when I’m after another pair!”
