“From start to finish the whole Jones &Co team make sure you're relaxed, comfortable and make the right choices. From my initial eye test, which was done with great care, through to choosing the right frame for me, and then excellent care taken right through to collecting my new glasses, the team are all stars. I have been going to Jones and Co for years now and will definitely continue to do so. I constantly get compliments, even from people I don't know! I always tell them where to go for their own 5* experience!”

“Had to return due to an issue with the frame but Fabulous service from Michael from my first visit. He kept me up to date on my glasses progress, tracked down a matching frame in France and was there to fit them when they arrived. Truly a very personal service which is why I choose to go to Jones & Co”

“What a wonderful company to look after you and look after a precious part of you - the eyes! Can not fault anything. They listen to you, take on board all your concerns , issues and basically solve it for you … what more could you ask for!? Care is brilliant, all staff are attentive , and super friendly, Jess is my top gal! All shops and services should treat their customers as well as Jones & Co do … could not recommend them more, go, and you will not be disappointed.”

“Jones and Co is an outstanding opticians. The eye test is thorough and not at all rushed, and the staff are brilliant at selecting frames that not only suit your face but your individual style. The ones Gareth picked for me just look amazing and I would never have found them in any of the high street chains. In addition, the staff are warm, friendly, courteous and professional and really listen to what you have to say so you get a product which really makes for a very satisfied customer. A lovely coffee and chocolates, the whole experience is amazing. I have rarely encountered such excellent customer service anywhere.”

“Best shopping experience ever! Range a glasses and sunglasses is unparalleled anywhere I’ve seen across North America and Europe. Designs are amazing. The staff are a different level. “I recently picked up my new specs from Jones and Co as my px had changed. I have been using this opticians for over ten years and I keep returning because of the quality of the eye test and choice of frames. The level of service is excellent and the ongoing support is very reassuring. The lenses are to a very high standard and there is a great choice of frames so the prices reflect this standard of product, however if you break down the cost over the life of your specs then it’s worth it. If you have to wear glasses treat yourself to the best you can afford.”

“I went to Jones and Co for the first time in August of this year, and for the first time ever, I thoroughly enjoyed the whole process of choosing new specs.! Unlike previous experiences, no stress whatsoever! Jess and her colleagues were very friendly, helpful, extremely patient, and prepared to voice their informed opinion. I found this really helpful, as choosing eyewear is a major decision. I ended up with two pairs of specs. with which I am delighted, in terms of comfort, quality and style. I would heartily recommend this firm to anyone.”

“Bloody love this place! Definitely not to be confused with just another opticians. The range of different styles and colours in both glasses and sunglasses are really impressive and what’s more they’re so talented at knowing what suits you that you can sit back, enjoy the amazing attention and leave with something just a bit different than everyone else. Customer service second to none and staff friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended! I’m at an age where I have to constantly wear glasses so the look is very important and I’ve never had so many compliments when wearing frames from Jones&co which is always nice.”
