Been a customer for three years with a few little problem regarding electronic products and watches which I stopped buying in those categories but I find many other items of reasonable quality at great discounted prices at Joom during the many flashsales a d using discount also to get the best price and the free delivery to my door in Australia coming all the way down from China and other nations without damage in q 6week timeframe is fine my needs.

Do not buy from this company at all, I ordered trainers for my son, they never arrived I contacted them on numerous occasions asking where my delivery was, no reply at all, I claimed the money back through my bank then 3 months later the money is reversed back, the bank claims that they provided evidence of delivery.

day saying delivery is delayed and can request refund if not recieved in another two months, I then only have a two week window in which to request refund which I seriously doubt I will get.

I purchased a product in November 2024. I contacted them in December and then in January because they refused to send me a tracking number. When I requesteda refund. They told me to wait 15 daya. Luckily, I used PayPal and was able to lodge a dispute. I don't think that they are a genuine website.
