Absolutely disgraceful company and I will never order again. False advertising on your website! I will be taking the concern up with my local ombudsmen.

Ordered item a nomination charm, never said it was out of stock, I've emailed the company and had no communication back. If I knew the item wasnt in stock I would of ordered else where! Not even an email to say item out of stock, cant even amend item for money back.. I dont have much money and it's my friends birthday on monday.. I cant even replace the gift. Wont be ordering again from Joshua james in future

Tells you that items are In stock but then once you have paid for the item they tell you that they are awaiting stock before they can dispatch your item so dont trust the estimated delivery date you will be made to wait longer, better off ordering from a more trusted seller!

It’s been ten days and still not received my order. This is very disappointing as they were birthday presents which are now late.

I'M ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE!!! I PURCHASED AN ITEM I STILL HAVEN'T HAD WHICH WAS A BIRTHDAY GIFT... THE BIRTHDAY HAS NOW BEEN AND GONE AND STILL NO ITEM!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING WAITING FOR DAYS AND DAYS FOR A RESPONSE AND THEN EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL.. I HAVE NO ITEM AND NO MONEY REFUND I'M BEING TOLD I HAVE TO WAIT 14DAYS!!!! BEFORE SOMETHING CAN BE DONE... I'M VERY ANGRY AND ANNOYED!!! USELESS I'LL NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM HERE!!!

Placed my order which at the time was in stock, then after days of waiting I sent email and was told my order was out of stock so I decided on another style, again after days of waiting I sent yet another email to see what was going on and they couldn’t understand why my order was still not delivered and not even been despatched so I cancelled it all together!! Will never use Joshua James again!!!

I'm still waiting for my item to arrive. This was meant to be a gift but it's too late to give them now. I've had to buy another gift.

Terrible service. Have used the company on two occasions. First time they took my money and didn’t tell me an item was out of stock until I chased a number of days later. In hindsight should not have given them the benefit of the doubt and used again. On this occasion items were ordered and supposedly dispatched yet 10 days later still hadn’t arrived. Was told they had used Royal Mail 48 hour service and when I asked for the tracking number I was told they had actually used Royal Mail standard service. Not an honest company, not good customer service and would certainly not recommend using them as you end up disappointed and without gifts you had ordered well in advance. Absolute shambles. I was told would have to wait 14 days to log as lost post with Royal Mail before they could issue a refund, yet when I mentioned that I felt they hadn’t been honest about the service they issued a refund immediately. I am waiting to hear what they want me to do if the items arrive, though I think they probably won’t as they were so quick to issue a refund. I suspect the items were never dispatched in the first place.

Very disappointed with my purchase i bought a nomination bracelet and charms which arrived with scuffs on the bracelet and discolouring on the charms iv tried to contact customer services which someone would be in touch i have heard nothing. i am returning the items and hope for a full refund.
