I have still not received my item, I have been informed that I have to wait 14 days, this means that I have got to go to a shop and buy another item as a gift.

It hasn't come ivee called the Sheffield store and they say that they don't even do online sales itss a scam

Item I ordered was dispatched 7 days ago via Royal Mail 48 delivery. I still haven’t received the item. I have emailed and had a quick reply saying it should be with me by the end of the week. With the end of the week being 5 days till Christmas I am a bit concerned. No tracking number given, and no one answers the phone when you call!!!

This was my grandaughters Christmas present and I was very dissapointed when it arrived to picked it out on the web as she lives in the states and will not arrive here until boxing day so I think she will be very dissapointed too.

Absolutely terrible irdered a bracket that says in stock only 10 days later still no sigh of a dispatched email . Missed my daughters birthday now and just went back on site and surprise still shows in stock . Don’t trust this company

My order did not arrive. I had to raise a refund request via PayPal. They did refund my money when I did this, they were wanting me to wait 14 days.

Ordered a charm which was then out of stock, but money taken from my account anyway, received incorrect charm 2 weeks later, and only half the original order! Won’t send out original order until incorrect charm has been returned! well overdue birthday present, appauling service, wouldn’t shop here again, Yhere are better nomination suppliers than this! Highly disappointed. Wouldn’t even give them one star! Extremely incompetent!

Placed my order a week and a half ago, and still hasn’t been delivered. I didn’t receive a confirmation email or any other information on when it will be dispatched or if it has been dispatched. I have emailed their customer service but am waiting on a reply

Unfortunately my parcel has still not arrived. It was sent from yourselves on the 17th October but I’m yet to receive it as yet. It’s a birthday present for this weekend therefore I’m hoping it arrives in the morning! Not that this review is any reflection of the company as the ordering and processing was second to none and a great service! Many Thanks

Yet to receive the charm was ordered with 48 hour delivery on the 16th for my wife's birthday on the 21st. May not be Joshua James fault but is still relevant.

My order has not arrived in the post. When I contacted customer services. They said I have to wait another 14 days. Until they can open up a claim with Royal Mail. No replacement or refund will be done until after this time. Which is quite unfair especially as my order is a birthday gift.

The standard of jewellery I have received in the past is very good however I cannot comment on my recent order as it was despatch 17th October and today, 25th October it has still not arrived. I emailed customer services yesterday and I am awaiting a response.
