After spending almost $100 altogether for this bracelet for my son and waiting weeks for it to come (it came on Christmas Eve) it’s broken and it’s February. Not even two months and the inside of it has somehow broken in half the whole thing is trash. I wouldn’t spend a penny on any of their stuff.

On a Thursday tea time order paid next day delivery get it Monday. Was told did not order on right time or day and to have received it saturday I would have had to pay extra

Very disappointed actually, the pyramid charm I brought for my Nan's birthday, to represent when we went to Egypt a few years ago, arrived with part of the gold missing off the pyramid, there are lines where the gold is meant to be. I had planned to return it after she had seen it for her birthday, but as she has poor eye sight she did not notice and to not disappoint her I didn't mention it. Not very happy with the purchase at all and I wont be making another.

Have ordered from here a few times and always been fab service and delivery on time. My last purchased though, turned up broken and they wont take responsibility for it, leaving me now to take matters further. Very very disappointed and will never buy from here again!

I ordered stuff they said it was dispatched on 27 Dec it’s now 4 jan and not yet had anything back and it was supposed to be a birthday present

Still waiting for order number 897940, very disappointed as I paid for quicker delivery? Can you advise if and when I can expect it. If its not here by saturday I will require a refund . Seems I am not alone with non arrival of goods !

Shocking service- charm has still not arrived! Phone number does not work! Have emailed the company no response, Paid extra to receive it before Christmas, If this is legit company could someone please contact me.

Terrible Service, placed an order for ‘in stock’ items On 7th December, email days later saying out of stock, called CS told would be despatched in a couple of days, still no email or items despite several calls and false promises finally arrived TOO LATE for Christmas! CS pick up phones and put straight down more than once to cut off calls. Then sent an email offering 10% of anything after Xmas ( no exclusions in email) tried to order a charm on site, but code would not work!!! Emailed CS and auto response said would answer within 2 working days! Guess what, no response and charm now out of stock!!! Terrible service and customer service advisors not at all interested in helping, just huff and sigh a lot!! I would definitely not recommend Joshua James!!!

Received the wrong item I ordered. Was offered to return the item and have another sent out but this was for a Christmas Present and was advised there wasn’t enough time to send out the correct item. Was not offered any form of compensation for their mistake. First time using company won’t be using it again

not happy that the item purchased for christmas is still not recieved ,i have also sent 2 emails re this and as yet have had no reply ,i paid extra postage to have the bracelet arrive in time ,not a happy customer

Very disappointed as the item I ordered has not arrived. Now my mum will not have the charm fir Xmas and told to wait 14 days before they will do anything!! Not good when ordered and paid fie any now it's going to be after Xmas. Very unhappy
