“Ordered earrings for my daughter on 22nd November, paid extra for express delivery, card payment taken from my bank immediately but, the goods never arrived. Had problems contacting this company but, when I eventually got through they said that they would dispatch them via courier immediately. That was on 13th December, it is now 22nd December and they have still not arrived. Cannot now get in touch with them to ask them to cancel the order and refund my card payment.”

“Classic Rose Gold & Turquoise Mother of Pearl Flower Charm Nomination Classic Rose Gold & Turquoise Mother of Pearl Flower Charm. Our grandaughter chose this charm for Christmas as she already has a bracelet and charms. It very speedily however the charm was damaged. I phoned their customer services department and spoke to Jade who immediately apologised and said she would send out a replacement. This also arrived speedily and undamaged. Very impressed with the CS team.”

“My wife has a Nomination bracelet consequently at Christmas I like to add to her collection of charms. I have found that Joshua James has a great collection and variety of charms in stock for immediate delivery. If it is not in stock they can get it to you within a short period. They have never let me down in all the 5/6 years I have been dealing with them. This year though I did find the website a bit busy with things popping up with suggestions when trying to browse.”
