If you haven't got an item in stock please advise during purchases as I could have chosen another one instead of waiting as you have charged me for an item I haven't received.

Beads as described but ordered on 11th July, eventually arriving on 21st. I know the post/couriers have to be relied upon, but Royal Mail lost the first delivery and DPD failed to deliver to a safe place as requested hence the long wait.

I ordered the nomination braclet and an eagle charm I got the bracelet but not the charm. I sent an email last week but not heard back

Charm came, thought it would be nicely wrapped and come with a decent gift box but gift box was poor and didn't assemble correctly. Expected charm a day earlier and emailed regarding it's whereabouts - no one ever got back to me but luckily it turned up. Probably wouldn't use again unless desperate.

I was disappointed that one of the items I found on your website and purchased was not in stock, despite it being shown as in stock. As I had bought it as present to send to my daughter who lives abroad, I then had to cancel the order and buy something else.

The item was nice but jewellery box that came with it did not close properly therefore i had to disreguard the gift box . Dissapointing

I lost my bank card so had to use my friends card to pay for my order, which was her birthday present, I changed the delivery address to my details and the payment details to her details but I still get emails addressed to my friend and the present got delivered to her instead so I never had chance to see it never mind wrap it

The delivery was okay the only thing that annoyed me as the advertisement for the babies bangle ( links of London ) shows the links of London packaging so I bought this as a gift for my godson for it to come in a Joshua James box which didn't give you the value of the bracelet for which I had to purchase the links of London packaging off a seller on eBay for £11

I have used JJ for many years and been a long and loyal customer. Loved the products (mostly Nomination that I buy) and recommended them to everyone, they got 5 stars from me. However, I was dismayed when I tried to log on to purchase a gift this week to find that my account was no longer recognized. I emailed them via their sight but got no response. I called up customer services and they said it is because they have a new website and lost ALL of their online customer accounts and history. They said there was information on the site 'somewhere' advising customers they need to re-register. I can't find this anywhere and received no notification that this would be happening. Surely they have lost many customers this way? Very poor that a new website loses all previous customer information. I'm not happy but will continue to use them (with my new account - with I might add, no loyalty points any more) just because I love Nomination.

Good variety of merchandise however delivery is unpredictable. I have received information that goods will be delivered on a specific day and it is not delivered after I have stayed in all day . I am currently awaiting goods that were supposed to be delivered yesterday but unfortunately I have to go out for an appointment today and will therefore miss the delivery as it needs to be signed for.

I found your web page to be misleading. The leather necklace pictured looked as if it had a clasp but did not. That had to be purchased separately and not included in the initial price. This could be made clearer to buyers, who like me saw the entire article in the picture and thought it complete already.

Not impressed with this company I won't be recommending to friends. Twice I ordered big bracelet's and twice they sent me classic. They did rectify their mistakes but it was too late. The people didn't get their presents on time 😢

The bracelet I ordered didnt fit properly in the box supplied and as this was for a gift I was a bit disappointed. Contacted Joshua James to see if it was the correct box supplied, but have not received any reply.

I ordered a links of london bracelet & necklace on 3rd January. I received my necklace the very next day which I was very happy with. Just after I placed my order I got an email saying they were awaiting stock for the bracelet. I only just received my bracelet today, 20th which is fine as it's for my birthday which is tomorrow. I didn't mind having to wait but I think I should have been told the item was out of stock before my order was accepted. I am however very happy with both my items & got them at a greal price.
