“Normally love Joshua James but they've really let me down. I ordered a nomination bracelet and a personalised engraved charm with a diamonte heart - got a different engraved charm instead. Took a week and 3 days to arrive and was an incorrect order. They want me to return it before they can send me another! which means I have got to give what Ive received or I have no gift to give - unhappy”
